This location definitely has a plumbing issue. I’ve stayed at this location several times while visiting family and there was no ‘Hot’ water when I wanted to take a shower. As a guest, It’s very frustrating & needs to be fixed.
To help rectify, we were told to run the water in sink & shower at the same time for a period of time. That was Ridiculous & for the cost of the rooms, we shouldn’t have to be inconvenienced. Our sink faucet was broken as well which caused water to run all over the top of the sink. I did inform the maintenance person about the broken sink faucet when he came to our room as we were checking out.
The cost of the hotel stay was not cheap & I would definitely expect better service than received.
Note, I did receive an email response back from the Assistant General Manager, but this is a corporate issue that needs to be resolved.
