Dear Mr. Cook, We have been a 30 year customer and have always been satisfied with our service until…the service with a different tech every month and have even been told the day of my service wasn’t convenient to at least one of many so could they change, only to never be seen again, which is one of the problems, Bugs being the main. Finally I had this one tech who got rid of my bugs before they came into my house, was on time, no nonsense, never had Bugs the whole time he was my tech,(Sergio was his name)next thing here comes someone else again, and another ect. I called and asked for Sergio, talked with a manager (Jerry) I think, told him my concern and wishes and thought it was fixed, only to get another person and asked him to check with this Jerry and please get back to me. Nothing. There are at least 4 trucks in this small area every month, but all we wanted was the person that got rid of our bugs once a month. We have never faulted in payment, we have been very appreciative of Cooks. I am so sorry for this concern. Cooks furnish, truck, uniforms, 15 20 minute service, is so sad that the work ethics are not there to match Cooks employee care. Which give us, the customer, the best service! Saying all this to say, we would Like our tech (Sergio) back once a month!

I have been a customer for a long-long time. Recently I was considering canceling my service due to poor service. Then Jimmie Simmons came to service my home and his service was outstanding, to say least. I’m retired but was previously Senior Management in Retail and if Jimmie worked for me he would be a management position. He represents your company professionly and a great personality. You have very loyal and dedicated employee, who cares about your company. Thought you’d like to know.
