    We purchased an electric recliner it stopped working within 6 months, we have waited 1 month for your tech to come out and he spent less than 5 minutes, then he told it conns had alot of problems with the motor on our model model it would take 2 weeks to receive replace part and he could be back quicker to fix. Now we find out it could be 3 months. My husband and I are both disabled vets and have those huge recliner that is laying out extended in our living room. We have tripped and injured our selves due to your company’s refusal to back up your poor decision to purchase a low quality product and not being able to repair or replace it. We want a new recliner that worker.

    Where do I start this company should be made to go out of business.I did business with them paid it off early so I would never have to talk to again. Purchased A recliner from them and in 2 months the motor burn up on it flames . And they would replace it . And as soon as I paid it off . They send me a email saying they where not going to do anything about it .so I have a recliner that’s less then 6 months old setting in my garage that is junk .Got no help from conns by the way that’s a good name for them. So now I am going to have to buy new chair again I am 65 years old live on ss and a veteran tied of the headache thank you conns

I got people calling me from home and don’t have a clue on what’s going on, just reading off a computer. costumer service is the worst.     This company is a CONN’ was called by John in the Lakeland, Florida location because I filled out an online application, during this call I was told I was approved for $5,700 in credit and I should come in, so I go in to find me a Kingsize Bedroom Suit. I was greeted by C and I find one that’s reasonably priced and I informed C that I was called and I was approved for $5,700 per John. I informed C of and my absolute top limit. I was told that they had to run my credit, I tell C I was already qualified per John that called me. C tells me that that’s a pre qualification and my credit has to be run for a final approval. I don’t want my credit run but I allowed him to do it anyway, after about 45 minutes of waiting I am officially approved for the $5,700 allotment. I pick out my bedroom suit sign the dotted lines & I am set up for delivery. I asked John who had taken over what time & what address. I am told the address and it’s my mother’s. I tell John that’s my mother’s address, so now I am told they’d have to run everything from the credit application all over again. I refused to wait another hour +. I am now passed on to Teagan, I pay for my bedroom suit & set up the delivery for my address. I am set me up for delivery, she tells me that it will be delivered that Sunday 9/11. I will be called with a time, I am all set now. I leave and I received a call/text message informing me it will be Sunday. Sunday comes and another text/phone call to confirm for Monday. Monday 9/12 the delivery team comes and opens the box and the slabs for my bed are for Queen size bed. The team setup my bed inside the frame using the bed rails I had already. I call the store and waiting to speak with someone, but the delivery guy knocks at my door before I could get through saying he needed the Queensize slabs. I told needed something like collateral that the store will come back with my right size slabs. He puts me on the phone with Natasha the Operation Manager who gives me her name and number and assured me I would receive the correct slabs Thursday 9/15/2022. Thursday comes and I have NO CALLS OR NO SLABS! This is the WORST experience ever and I would NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I had to call Natasha repeatedly and leave several messages. I didn’t get any calls back from her. I called & spoke with Ken, he said he’d go speak with Natasha on my behalf and he’ll call me back. I call the store again to speak with Ken and I speak with Clarence and then Shanti to no avail. I have now spoken with Ted, Shanti, Hooray, Ricardo, and Caleb. I go in person and I am met by Caleb, by this I am famous with Conn’s and all the employees knows my name and situation. I am accused by management for this issue, and I am trying to figure out how (Friday the 16th). I asked to speak with Natasha, but Caleb speaks with her and set up a delivery for Saturday 9/17 & did not put me on the phone with her. The delivery address is wrong. 😳I go to the store AGAIN and I am met by Caleb again, he attempts to resolve this issue for me, but it still isn’t, so he takes me to Natasha and the DELIVERY ADDRESS IS WRONG AGAIN! 😩 I am speaking with the delivery staff and they get the delivery set up. The drivers comes and THE SLABS WON’T FIT! I DON’T HAVE SLABS FOR MY BED. I couldn’t make my bed or change my room around or ANYTHING. This store is a ‘CON’! I paid for this outright and Everything went wrong that could possibly go wrong and I have not been offered anything for the constant inconveniences being caused by this company. I call the store and I am being passed to another department and that department says it’s this department and so I on. I would suggest going elsewhere with your money because I wish I had known.I cannot even sit on my bed without it sinking in lower and I am technically sitting in the frame because the rails are holding the bed up. If the frame is damaged they’ll probably blame me. SMH! I cannot change my room around or anything, I am just stuck and waiting for a call back after leaving several messages.

    We purchased a treadmill (ProForm 5000 Pro) from the Lewisville, TX. Store. First of all, when it was delivered and set up, the technicians stripped all the screws in the machine, and we were unable to take it apart and move it to another location in our home. Then, the machine quit working completely. They came out and ran a diagnostic test and determined it was in fact damaged due to a factory issue. They took the machine apart and just left the machine in our dining room in pieces, which has now been over 2 months. I have contacted Jason (the manager) at the Lewisville Store on several occasions just to be re-routed to the service department, then to Icon fitness and the entire time NOBODY is able to help us. We have never been treated so poorly by a company. It amazes me that they get away with such horrible customer service. We have requested to speak with the district manager and have been told that they aren’t allowed to give out the phone number nor do they offer to transfer us to them, we have requested to speak with a supervisor and again, they refuse to allow us to speak with them. We just want a refund and to be done with Conn’s. PERIOD….. I will never purchase another item from this company again.

    If anyone is interested in joining a lawsuit for the egregious breaches of contract and fraudulent actions committed by this Company, please reply to this message. I am not an attorney, but have one, and if Conn’s doesn’t resolve my issues immediately, with no further delay, I will be filing a lawsuit against them.
    They are unlawfully modifying customer contracts without the knowledge or consent of customers, charging and attempting to collect unlawful interest, and fraudulently reporting information to the various credit reporting agencies, reporting that the original amount financed is higher, and that the current balance is higher because they are adding unlawful & unearned interest to the balances. They also have reported to the various credit bureaus that I owe $100 more than their own web page says I owe, which is already over more than $300 more than what I ACTUALLY owe. These actions are violations of state and federal statutory laws, can affect credit scores negatively, and constitutes a material and substantial breach & violation of the terms of their own contracts.
    I’ve had zero luck getting them to resolve these issues, despite employees claiming it’s been corrected, which is a complete fabrication.
    Should it become necessary to file a lawsuit, I will be seeking names of other customers this has been done to in order to have enough parties to make a motion with the Court to have the lawsuit certified as a Class Action. It will be less costly for us all, and Conn’s unlawful and fraudulent actions will finally be made public, removing their ability to push customers around.
    If you’re looking for any items this store has to offer, go somewhere else. They WILL rip you off!

    We bought our washer and dryer set from Conn’s on University Drive back in October 2020 along with a 4-year warranty. Our washer machine broke down on 07/15/22. We contacted Conn’s Home Plus and they said that they would send a technician out on 07/18/22. The technician came and said that the bearings were bad and that we needed a whole new barrel assembly and put the order in for the parts. The technician said that we would get the parts delivered to our house in five days and they gave us a new appointment for 08/01/22. On 07/29/22, I went to Conn’s and told the manager that our appointment is on 08/01/22 but we still haven’t received any parts. I told the manager that I didn’t want to lose a day (8 hours of leave and 45 minutes of overtime) if this is not a good appointment. The manager said that she would get in touch with the head of the service department and let me know later on that evening. The manager called me later on that evening telling me that it was a good appointment and to keep the appointment because the technician had the parts. So on 08/01/22, the technician called and asked if the parts came in and I told him no and that we were told that he had the parts. He didn’t have no parts and said that we needed to reschedule the appointment. I ended up losing a day of leave and overtime for nothing. They rescheduled us for 08/09/22. So on the afternoon of 08/08/22, we get a message stating that we needed to reschedule yet again because the technician that was supposed to come on 08/09/22 no longer worked for A & E Maintenance. I called Conn’s Home Plus to complain and all they did was reschedule us for 08/15/22. I told Conn’s Home Plus what’s the point of having a warranty if you can’t even get your appliances fixed in a timely manner! And I mentioned that we have had to go to the laundromat once or twice a week and it costs us around $45 each trip! And I told them about how I lost a day of leave and overtime for nothing! The parts were delivered to my house more than two weeks after the technician ordered them (so much for in five days-08/03/22). The box of parts was delivered all beat up! I called A & E Maintenance and went through a phone carousel because you can’t talk to a person at A & E nor can you get any help at Conn’s Home Plus!!! Well, on 08/15/22 the technicians came out (one of which was the original technician who came out on 07/18/22). Now this technician is the same technician who told us that the bearings were bad and that they had to order a new barrel assembly back on 07/18/22. He tells us that they need to order bearings and what ever else. He told me once that we received the parts, to call and schedule another appointment. Well I missed another day of work (8 hours of leave and overtime) at my one job and 4 hours at my second job for nothing because nothing got accomplished except A & E Maintenance used one of our big towels and ruined it. They didn’t even ask if they could use it and then they tried to hide it and not tell us. I called A & E Maintenance and played the phone carousel again without being able to talk to a live person. Then I called Conn’s and the manager asked what he could help me with. I told him about the situation and that they needed to rectify it today. He asked how he could fix this problem and I told him by bringing me a new washer machine. He said that he couldn’t authorize that and gave me the phone number to Conn’s Home Plus and to speak to the manager in the service department. I did that and basically got the same runaround. And so the technician that screwed up the order the first time told me to stay on them to get the washer machine fixed. And I said to him “Stay on who, I have contacted everyone that I could and got no where!” So the technician said to give them a call as soon as the parts are delivered and then he left. It’s been over a month now and our washer machine didn’t get fixed. Instead, on 08/19/22, Conn’s Home Plus decided to finally do an exchange. I asked Conn’s Home Plus if there would be any fees or anything else out-of-pocket and I was told no by Conn’s Home Plus. The associate told me that all I had to do was physically go to the store and do an even exchange. So I drove to the store from south Huntsville (about 20 miles). When I got there, the manager told me that I was allotted $899 for a new washer, so I had to get the same one again.  Then the manager told me that I had to purchase a new warranty for the washer and I told him that I was already paying for a four year warranty on the washer and dryer set. The manager said yes but I was getting a new washer and that I needed a new warranty. I told him that I was told that this was going to be an even exchange and no fees or out-of-pocket money. The manager said that if I wanted a warranty on the new washer, I had to pay $388.10. He said that I could either pay for it out-of-pocket or get it financed through American First Finance. I told him that I shouldn’t have to purchase another warranty when I already was paying for one. But I finally told him I guess I would try through American First Finance. So he sent me the link and he said if I was approved that I would have to come back and do some paperwork. I went home and applied for it. I got approved, so the next day (08/20/22), I drove back over to Conn’s  to do the paperwork. So the one manager started the process. Then another manager came over and told me that I couldn’t get the warranty through American First Finance because I already had a warranty with Conn’s. So he told me  if I wanted the warranty, I had to pay for it out-of-pocket ($388.10). I told him that I didn’t have $400 on me. So yesterday (08/21/22), D & A Transportation delivered a new washer with only a one year factory warranty on it. So we went from having a washer with a four year warranty on it to getting a washer with a one year factory warranty. I missed multiple days of work (cost me leave and overtime). It took over a month for us to get another washer machine. It cost us while we did without a washer machine. On 08/21/22,  Conn’s Home Plus emailed me a denial of my request for compensation because it’s not covered in the Repair Service Agreement. Conn’s Home Furniture, Conn’s Home Plus, and A & E Maintenance couldn’t do the right thing! So this disabled veteran and his family have to suffer and sacrifice for it!

    Clearly, I’m not the first unhappy customer. I bought a refrigerator and within 48 hours I was calling to return it. The ice make does not work. It makes 15 pieces of ice in 24 hours. Clearly there are no customer service agents in the United States because every single one of them is in India. All I want to do is return the refrigerator and I want to buy a new one. But apparently I can’t do that without paying a 15% restocking fee. It has been 18 days this fridge has been in my house. I am about 10 phone calls in, 2 visits to the store and I’ve had a repair man they sent out who told me the fridge will never work properly.
    In todays phone conversation the “lawyer” word got thrown into the conversation and the “tech” got very quiet. I guess after reading the rest of these complaints, lawyer it will be!

    I’ve been a customer for over 20 years myself and my husband are seniors on a fixed income and both sick I recently purchased a washing machine the very same day it begin to give us problems I purchased a two-year warrantine I have been getting nothing but the runaround from these people at Conn’s they’re making all kinds of excuses as to what’s wrong with the machine and not fixing the problem we’ve had the same problem with the machine twice so they’re supposed to replace it but they’re nothing but Liars I don’t recommend anyone going to this place to purchase anything they no longer care about their customers and do not treat their customers like they should be with times today people struggling to make ends meet they should be happy that people are purchasing from them but they don’t care morning stay away from this store

    I recently purchased box spring, mattress and coffee table at the Charleston SC location. The coffee table had scratches due to the glass broke at some point which cause the scratches. At time of delivery the glass was replaced and the delivery personnel took pictures of the scratches. I contact the sales person and she advise would check. After a week I went into the store and spoke with sales rep and next thing the store manager pulled my invoice and me once the sale is completed its out of their hands, he texted someone and advise someone would contact me. Here it is another week. I like the table and at this point I don’t want any type of credit or replacement but my complaint as a customer is the manner in which the situation was handled. I will pay my bill as agreed and I am very unhappy. Thank you

    Yes, I got a computer from Conn’s and it was defective. I only had it for a week; So I returned it to be fixed and never got a reply from them, fought with them to remove it from my account. Now they sold it and say I am liable for it that I broke my contract with them/ How? they never told me that it got fixed or not. I never knew Conn was such a scam. a very dishonest company. I am sorry i ever dealt with them.

    This company delivered a table without all the parts. They didn’t put it together so when we did, we called the store. They immediately sent us to warranty. Warranty sent a 3rd party tech who confirms yeah you’re missing the main part to the table. He says he is going to order it but it could take awhile . So next day we get a message to call the service center. They tell us they don’t have the part and basically we are sxxt out of luck . So we have a table that we have been paying for , and will have to keep paying for , that we cannot use. Never again will we go to Conns . This company Is the worst!

    This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had. It’s sad that it took 3 attempts and one forced attempt for Conn’s in Dallas Tx to deliver a bed frame that was not damaged. On top of that I have been going back and fourth with Karla from their so called corporate office trying to get a $180 credit applied since August. I can’t believe the amount of time and inconvenience this company has caused. Making a purchase for thousands of dollars should never cause so much stress. All the phone calls, taking off work to have the merchandise delivered has cost me more money now than the credit that has not been applied. At this point delivering the merchandise back to the store and taking my business somewhere appreciated looks to be the best option.

I have a recliner that was damaged and attempted to be repaired before it was ever delivered to me.     DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM CONN’S!!!! This company overpriced their appliances, and the interest is so high. I purchased a washer and dryer in 2019 with a warranty. It’s been a while since I paid off my merchandise. I called on July 29, 2022, for a service call since my appliances are not working. I got scheduled for service on July 30,20022; they told me I was getting a call between 7 am to 9 am. I never received a call, so I called at 9:30 am to customer service; the lady told me they were going to dispatch the service guy and wait for his call. There was no call and no show. At 12:45 pm, I called customer service again and spoke to Beatrice; she said that they would tag the service guy Brain manager and expect a call from the manager. So it was 3:00 pm, and call customer service again because I hadn’t received a call and spoke to Estella; she told me that dispatch called me at 10:45 am, but I didn’t answer to let me know I had to schedule for Monday, August 1 because there wasn’t tech in my area. I told Estella it was true because I had been waiting at home with my cell phone, and I never received a call; she said, ” Do you want the service for Monday and make sure you keep your line open? I asked for a cooperating number call to report the incident; the manager, Juan, told me I am sorry for your inconvenience, and I would submit a report to see if they would take disciplinary action. Nothing mentioned that we would take care of the customer for the issue Conn’s employees created. They sure don’t care about their customers, especially if you paid for all the merchandise.

    I have been a Conns customer for 5 or more years. I recently went into the store to shop. I have a disability, so we came into the store and I walked as far as I could with my rollator. My husband saw to it that I was seated and proceeded to look for the item we had looked up on line. As he walked to look for the item the salesman said, “Watch the door!” I was HIGHLY OFFENDED!! I started to tell my husband to just forget it and let’s take our business elsewhere! Whispering is one thing, but saying it where I can hear it is another.

    Is like to contact the ceo of this company my issue is I bought an appliance from Conns almost yrs ago they have exchanged at least 3 times and serviced them too now I’m back again with my appliance not working I’ve asked them to pick it up I don’t want this any more I feel the appliance is not worth what I’ve been charged I’m pissed and would like for them to just pick it up and stop my charges to that appliance I do have more in my acct I will continue to pay but not for something that has been giving us headaches imagine exchanging it already 3 times and it still continues no I’m about to go drop it off to the store and let people know what I have gone thru right now my town is mourning and I can’t even trust my freezer to hold things for others media is out here and I would like to put this out there cause ur employees think I’m a joke they don’t even care I’m not asking u for anything just take ur appliance give me the credit up on till now and I’ll look for my appliance elsewhere enough is enough I’m frustrated I hope u can find it in ur heart to help me please God bless

    My sister was employed by a location in McAllen Texas, she submitted a complaint about a female employee from a different store that continuously went to locations other than her own and would harass male employees. As it turns out this female employee is sleeping with the district manager so instead of apprehending the lady that is harassing men they decided to let go of my sister.
    This place needs to get better management. Management that isn’t messing around with lower level employees and protecting their little play things by wrongfully terminating other employees.

    Approved for a nice limit so I decided to purchase a sectional and a dining room set with a eCommerce representative (Angela H.) who is wonderful! Received a email confirmation all of my furniture is scheduled to be delivered 5/15/2022. So, I’m waiting for the automated call on 5/14….NEVER received!! I call Conn’s a total of 4 times and spoke with 5 individuals that I couldn’t understand due to language barriers. It wasn’t until I spoke with the eCommerce representative Maria M.. did I find out my DAMN table was on back order until 5/29. So, that pushes the delivery date out to June and I ordered my items on April 14th. Never received a email or call that my table has been on backorder since freaking April. For the amount of money that I have to pay and not be informed of ANY DELAYS is HORRENDOUS CONN’S!!!

    Not only should my delivery be free but also an additional discount on a new table set of my choice since I do not want to wait until June to receive my furniture!! I now have to cancel the entire order…..UGH!!!!!!

    Corporate get it together and notify your customers of DELAYS!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬

    Mr Coleman Gains on up the chain of command for this company really need to take notice of the lack of customer service. I have tried every phone number I can find and they all lead back to the same -get no where – prerecorded message. I have gone o the physical location and spoken with the store manager… and the delivery manager…and no one seems to have the authority to fix the fact that I was delivered an appliance that does not work. I called immediately on the same day it was delivered and got the same run around as I have gotten every day there after. All I asked is for was to replace this unit with a working unit. How hard is that? I’m being told a service tech has to come out and look at it before that can happen… but there’s no authorized tech in Pensacola Florida. After being told someone would call within 24 hours several times and never getting a call text or email back I finally get a text saying an appointment has been scheduled for May 9th! It was delivered May 1st! I paid $1600 for a brand new stackable laundry center that the dryer doesn’t even try to turn on. The dryer door pulls apart every time it’s opened. The settings knob is very difficult to turn. I don’t care if your tech can fix it or not. I paid for brand new not refurbished. Totally unacceptable!

    Just to inform the public of the poor customer service and support. I completed a dispute for removing the interest that has accumulated on my account
    based on the fact that the original merchandise broke after a couple of month from purchase and left me without a bed to sleep on for 3-4 weeks.

    I had to complete and take pictures of the broken merchandise, wait for approval and schedule a time for repairs. Then was told that the bed could not be repaired and had to find time to revisit the store and pick out another bed because I could not get the same one due to your company not allowing me enough money to buy the same one.

    It took 3-4 weeks for the new bed to arrive. Meanwhile all this time payments were being made on time.

    Conn’s never allowed me to speak to a supervisor and did not provide the support needed. I do not recommend anyone purchase a product from this store as they do not acknowledge negative experiences, only taking your money.

    A refrigerator, range, microwave, dishwasher, washer & dryer…
    Day of my purchase I was told, all my items was in stock.. except for my range… Range wanted be in until.. March 20th 2022, I was told that,Conns don’t do deliver partial order… so I had to wait to get all my items on March 20th…The whole process no one, not even my sales person… Brianna Ferguson.. didn’t keep me undated, I called on March 20th to get an updated… Josh said my order was on schedule and someone would give me a call later that day on March 20th… no one ever called me , on March 21st I called the store… I was informed that my range and my whole order was pushed back until April 1st… so i waited once again…. Got a call on April 1st… to be informed that my delivery was pushed back once again… until may 8th….of course I was not happy about that.. so I went back to the store to see if someone could rectify this on going issue I have been having, after being at the store for about 3hour… my order was redone… my range was switched out for a different range that was in stock… So April 3rd… my order was delivered… of course here we go again.. another problem… my sales person.. Brianna Ferguson order the wrong washer…delivery took the washer back… i went to the store again to get this issue resolved, the manager Josh told me in order to get the right washer, I had to except the wrong washer, so delivery had to deliver the wrong washer I had to sign for it… then called the store to return it, then they would replace my washer.. This has been such an inconvenience, to me and my family, we was without all of our appliances since March 21st the day I was supposed to get my order the first time …. I still don’t have my washer…. I wish I could throw all these items back at them but I’m stuck…. They have been lying and untruthful doing the whole process… I feel that I have been discriminated against…I hope that someone will hear my heart and compliant and hope something is done about issues… as a returning customer..I pray no one else will have to go through what I have been through… I will never ever purchase anything from CONNS Ever….

    I purchase a refrigerator back on August 2021 and waited for 3 days for delivery. The same day of delivery I noticed the refrigerator never came on and it was not working. It took 2 days of phone calls to finally get a supervisor to authorize the replacement of unit and Conn’s made me wait for over a week to get the replacement. Now the ice maker is broken I have been waiting for 3 weeks to get it repair although I have purchased extended warranty and LG warranty period is still active. Conn’s ordered the wrong part and now I am on the third Saturday waiting still for a technician to come to my house to complete repair.
    Poor service department and lack of customer service.

    I have had nothing but a bad experience with Conns and will never do business with them again. I have been given the run around about replacing my defective washer they sold me and is less than two days old. I had to file a case with my bank to get my money back on my refrigerator because of the BS and then refusing to refund me without coming in the store. I get nowhere working with customer service, the store, anyone. They still owe me a new washer and I can’t get a hold of anyone.

I never had and issue in the past years but this time I have called and emailed them to come pick up the couch they left that they damaged and to top it off it was missing the other connector to my sectional. Apparently they been trying to resolve this issue since January 30,2021 from Store 97 in Dallas Texas and sales associate Rachel also didn’t do her job and added my own insurance I provided to her that I emailed to the store so she can submit and I called just two days ago and sure enough she didn’t do crap…ticket number 1311982

    Spoke with A supervisor in billing today named Saurabh Mehar, the issue I have and that I am very very concerned with Conns’s practices. I have always been on auto pay for my payments. I find out via letter I am 6months behind because CONN’S has a practice of stopping a customer auto pay intentionally. I have never heard of a 6month auto pay then you as a customer have to elect to re-enroll. I have mot received anything to that matter. Is this the practice to collect late fees and additional interest. This is unethical and unacceptable practices Most companies the customer can enroll the any any point decide t dis-enroll. I never stopped the auto pay. Now my credit is affected, they are asking for late fees snd additional interest which would have never happened if they did NOT have this practice. Talk about customer abrasion.

Your tracking app sucks, your agents have poor English, you transfer everything. For the prices you charge Do a better job, stop being cheap. I threatened to return my purchases $4200 and manager at the El Paso Zaragoza store said sure cancel the delivery and come in You pride your brand with award winning service RIGHT…. Get it together

    Bought a stove, microwave and dishwasher – they delivered on the promised day – installation was to be the following day – waited and waited, finally called the installation company who Conn’s told me I needed to contact and they didn’t even have us on the schedule! Needless to say, no one contacted us from the store – who made the mistake, I had to call them. The dishwasher was damaged and flooded our kitchen and living room – their thinking about replacing it – I don’t want them to fix the darn thing it is to be new – they won’t fix our bowed laminate flooring in which we just had replaced last month. They won’t give us a refund without a “re-stocking fee” in which is against the law if the product is damaged. Would love to take it all back get a refund and go somewhere where the customer is treated with respect and not given the run around for 2 weeks.

    At this point I am not sure if posting on here will make a difference. I am in desperate help of someone replacing a washer that I purchased June 2021. I is worthless and garbage per your own technician words. I have had 4 technicians come out to my home and the same problem continues. I have been told the craziest things like I am using too much soap, putting too much clothes. I am literally to the point of using 1 pod of soap as you should and washing only 1 t-shirt and it still does not complete the cycle. I am afraid to call the service repair because I know I will be on the line for over 2 hours and nothing will be done. Just today I spend 2hours and 50 minutes on the phone spoke to Shivani ID#108859 who created a ticket#1311717 for the 5th service tech to come out. I requested a tech manager to call me back she said 72 business hours. Although I expressed to her that i have been dealing with this for over 6 months. She made it seem as she was making me a favor by creating a work order and reaching out to a service manager. First of all I am the customer who made your company a favor in choosing to purchase my appliances there. When I have several other options to choose from just to mention a few Best buy, home depot, Lowes and list goes on. I am tiered frustrated I really need this issue resolved!

    I bought a tv on dec.3 2021. Put it for Christmas and 2 days later quits working. I was told any purchases 30days or less could be returned. I went to try to return it on Dec 28 2021. They won’t return it like they said and I’m still dealing with their service on them trying to fix it and this place is such a joke they should be sue.     I bought a refrigerator, stove and a microwave on 9/2/2021 invoice #39028212 was told it was a warranty turns out it was insurance why would I need insurance when I own my home and have insurance on my house? That came to me in the mail after I had the appliances for 1 week . I immediately called conns and got that canceled after I had to send then( fax ) my declaration page from my homeowners insurance also took it to the store where I bought them they also fax it . Fax 10/1/21 they lied saying I did not fax it , they sent me a letter a month in half later saying it was excepted on 11/17/21 what a lie . I paid my appliances off on 12/2/21 and I am still waiting for a refund . I am being charged interest when it clearly states that I had interest free for a year and you can see where they took interest out . This company in nothing but a con artist and it says it in their name . It has been a nightmare calling being handed off to another person no one knows what they’re doing gone to the store and they don’t call you back.

    I and my husband have had an awful experience with Conn’s store 177 Charlotte NC this week we purchased a oven range and a microwave and have had the hardest time in getting service for them too correctly install our range and our microwave we were scheduled to have them install and that didn’t happen They were scheduled to come out on Thursday on the 18th and they delivered with the wrong plugs for the oven, They had to reschedule to bring the correct plugs and left the oven mid ways into sticking out on the floor way below my countertop were it suppose to be even with and my microwave was scheduled to be installed on Friday on the 19th and that never happened we have called constantly to the store and getting no results and I feel this is the sorriest service we have ever received from Conn’s, my salesman Milan has avoided my phone calls we have talked with the manager and still do not have any results I will not recommend this store to anyone and we have purchased thousands of dollars worth of for products but this will be our last. This is so unprofessional, they run you down to get a sale from you when you enter but after purchasing it’s downhill from that point, never again.

    I bought a washer, and after 2 years, it wouldn’t spend. The first guy came out, he ask me what was wrong. He checked it out and ordered the part. The next guy came out pump the water out but because I have cats, he didn’t take off the back, and took the part out, and went to the van, and came back and told me his boss told him he didn’t have to put the part on. The box was still sealed. They took my Warranty away. I still had a year left on the warranty. The second guy was rude to me. I will never buy anything else from them

They’re been out 2 times, waiting today for 3rd visit with parts to replace it. No one called between 7-9am per email to let me know when they’d be out. I called at 10 only to be put on hold forever then the idiot hing up on me. Called back held another 20 minutes as they supposedly called service department to find out, the idiot came back said they don’t know. Someone at my door I hung up had to call back was told they were on their way here it is 2 hours later and no one here yet. They got their money but cannot stand by their products. SO WE WAITED FOR THE TIME FRAME 10:30AM – 1:30PM AND WAITED TO 2:30PM WE THOUGHT MAYBE THEY WERE RUNNING LATE/BEHIND WAITED TO 3:30PM THEN WE CALLED. WHEN WE CALLED WE FOUND OUT OUR ORDER WAS CANCELED!!!! BY WHO? NO ONE IN EITHER DEPARTMENT CAN TELL US WHO WAS THE ONE THAT CANCELED IT! NOT ONLY THAT THE ASSOCIATE THAT PLACE THE ORDER PUT IN THAT WE WANTED 2 WASHERS. NOT A WASHER AND DRYER. SO WE CALLED THE STORE TO FIND OUT WHAT HAPPEN? THEY BASICALLY HAVE TOLD US WE NEEDED TO COME BACK IN TO SIGN A NEW CONTRACT AND THAT THEY WERE SORRY FOR THE MIX UP OF 2 WASHERS/ AND THE CONTRACT BEING CANCELLED THEY DIDNT KNOW WHAT HAPPEN. 10/12/2021 6:30PM WE RETURN 4TH TIME, AND WE TALK WITH THE MANAGER. THE MANAGER SAID FOR THE INCONVEIENCE WE WILL TAKE AN ADDITINAL $100.00 OFF , OK SO WE SIGN THE NEW CONTRACT AND THEY DIDNT PUT IN ANY OF THE “PROMOS” OR WHAT THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO DO! “NEW CONTRACT” $1855.14 34 MONTHS WITH MONTHLY PAYMENT OF 91.08 HOW DID WE END UP PAYING MORE? FOR SOMETHING THAT WAS NOT OUR FAULT TO BEGIN WITH, AND YES I HAVE DOCUMENTATION TO PROVE IT!

    I am reaching out to conns today regarding an 85 in tv I was sold in April by my local conns store in beaumont, TX at the conns in the gateway shopping center. My TV was somehow broken in an attempted theft in which I filed a police report on. It was my understanding that I had insurance on the TV which was told to me be the sales representative anything I have ever purchased from conns I made sure I put insurance on so of course naturally I made sure I asked about insurance and was told there was insurance on the TV. I also was told that I was purchasing the TV through conns financing and that synchrony was one of the way conns financed the TV. I had no clue I was applying for a credit card not did I have any idea that I was getting a TV that was not insured and only had a protection plan that covers only the external damaged. I am very upset and distraught that I have been lied to by conns sales representative yet again. I have been purchasing totems from conns for years all of which I have paid off I didn’t deserve to be lied to in this manner. Then I was under the impression that a technician would be coming to my home to fix 9r replace the TV which I was told by the representative yesterday only to call today and be told that my protection plan has been canceled and that no one would be coming out because they believe is a crack in the TV. To have my TV broken during an attempted theft which was reported to then find out that conns has yet again lied just to make a sale is very saddening. I would like conns to honor their customers with the rules they go by and not lie to us just so we can make a purchase. I am asking for help to resolved this issue. If the TV can not be fixed then please replace it. The representative i spoke with yesterday told me my TV would be fixed or repaired. There is no damaged to the outside screen on the TV. There is no crack whatsoever the damage is internal. If a technician comes out and runs his finger across the screen he can see that there is no external crack. It was my understanding that a technician would be coming out between 8-12 which did not happen everything was based on pictures I sent as requested by the representative on the phone yesterday
    I would like an emailed response back regarding this manner. I would greatly appreciate not being ignored and at least told the truth for once regarding my issue

    I went into Conns in Birmingham al 35215 on Sunday Sept 19 to purchase a twin bedroom set .The headboard footboard, dresser mirror was priced at 899.00.An additional bed was 499.00 and the night stand was 199.00. After adding it up and adding the 10%sales tax .Ask them to ring up my purchase they said it was 2199.00 I said it should be around 1756.70 out the door . Finally after being in the store for over an hour .They told me that the price that was on the display was old and they couldn’t give me that price. Well in Alabama price marked is price you pay .you can’t just say oh we forgot to change the tags .I’m giving corporate a chance to respond before I place this with bbb.

    I have had problems from day one with them the delivery team came to set up the foundation and mattress and they did not they walked out left everything on the floor mattress up against wall which fell and broke my personal bedroom set I’ve call corporate and customer service keeps telling me will call in 48 to 72hrs but they never call. But they do keep calling that I missed a payment.

    Conn’s is a CON! Don’t waste your time buying from this place. I purchased an adjustable base, they delivered and it didn’t work, so I had them take it back so they could reschedule to send me a new one. Weeks later, no call about rescheduling my delivery. I called the store several times, and they always said they’d call back, and never did. I went to the store in person, and asked them to cancel my purchase altogether, and they said they did. 1.5 weeks later, they’re sending me emails and calling me about a delivery….the delivery I cancelled. They claim they can’t get in touch with the delivery team. But when I call the delivery number, they say it was never cancelled. And now I owe a bill for purchase that I do t have for one, and that I cancelled! Conns has horrible customer service. I just want my purchase cancelled and refunded. Never again, will I even think about purchasing anything from them again. I definitely don’t recommend Conn’s to ANYONE. Don’t waste your time or money people.

    Do NOT buy from cons, especially do not pay the ridiculous price for extended warranty. I bought an paid right at 3k for a couch an recliner (paid if off prior to the 12 months same as cash offer) furniture was delivered Friday before mother’s day 2020 & November 2020 i made a claim for broken recliners on the sofa and finally in February of 2021 i had a tech come out and he ordered replacement parts & the parts showed up march 2021

    From march 2021- still on going we have had them call an reschedule the tech to actually com out and fix the furniture or a tech just simply not show at all with no call. Most recently a tech was supposed to show up august 30th & that evening a lady called and asked if she showed and when i told her no one showed up yet again she claimed “he called the wrong number” then quoted a number that has zero association with us or our account (little suspicious she called to see if he had come out, she has never called before then miraculously he called the wrong number to confirm appointment when he called the correct number to schedule appointment)

    We are military, we move in less than 24 hours & our house hold goods will be temporary in government storage while we await on our home to be finished built (90-100 days) & their solutions (after almost a year of having broken furniture) is to wait until we receive our HHG at our new duty station and file a new claim and i guess go through all this crap again of trying to get our furniture fixed because they are incapable of hiring reliable techs

    I have been in the hospital in ICU for over a month I called them for a deferred payment they told me I didn’t qualify I pay my bill on time never missed a payment and you figured they would help you out one Rep had the nerve to tell me to go borrow the money I told them they were nuts if I borrow money is to try to pay my rent or for food my finance company for my car deferred my car payment with no problem and Conns said they couldn’t for some over priced mattresses they even told me if i decided to give them up that I had to take it to them they wouldn’t pick them up I told them how stupid you are thinking I am taking them to you

    We bought a stove and refrigerator from Conn’s we came back from a long weekend to find my floor ruined and all the food in the refrigerator spoiled. I called Conn’s who a week later sent a repair man who looked at it and said he was ordering a part after 2 weeks the part came and the repair man stated he couldn’t get back for a few weeks so once again I call Conn’s who finally sends a new repair man and we go the same route he refuses to use the part ordered and orders another one 2 weeks later they send a guy to fix it and we find out water has ruined the floor under it. We restock the frig and 2 weeks later the frig is out again. My floor is ruined and lost 1000 or more in food. And Conn’s refused to cover any damage. A month later the stove I bought is on fire my vent stove cabinets above it are all ruined I call Conn’s they tell me to send pictures which I do then 6 weeks later they decline any help because we put the fire out. This place is full of crooks. I am out 1000’s and they want me to keep paying them.

    I have been a customer for several years and paid several things off and now I have a bedroom set with mattress and I have had it less than a year and Conns is not wanting to replace it since it has buckled on 1 side, they are telling me its cause we sit on it made it buckle. Beds are made to sit on and this is just an excuse not to replace it. at this point and time I refuse to recommend Conns to anyone and is looking at taking my business elsewhere.

    I would like to express my disgust of how your store manager Mr Cruz Sanchez handled and spoke to me about a purchase on 08/11/21. The fridge was purchased in your clearance, however the appliance should still work. He showed no customer service to me and tried to raise his voice at me and that’s when we had words. I at this point really don’t want the appliance, but will keep the other items I bought. Please Please provide him with Customer service training and how to deal with people if all Races.     My TV was working fine before they came out on June the 18th and said that the back needed to be replaced because I picked up too many Bluetooth It is supposed to had 29 and it had 24 something else I can’t remember right now but but Johnny which is From the service department here in San Antonio Texas came out June the 18th of 2021 and he replaced the back of my TV And I told him that the color was messed up in the TV he told me just go in there and do your settings MR AND MRS JAMES JACKSON I have did the settings and the TV is still black on some pictures some pictures so he came out again today on 7/28/2021 And he still did not fix my TV he says the cable Box I have replaced those cable boxes I have replaced them in 3 different rooms the living room and 2 bedrooms the 2 bedroom cable boxes in the bedrooms are working just fine it is the TV in the living room that is not working very well And some channels are dark and you cannot see the people When you are watching a movie channel it is dark and I shouldn’t have to turn my volume up to 50 or a 100 in order to hear the TV he told me the number range for TV volume to be up is 50 no it’s 50 no the normal range for A TV volume up should be no more than 1520 or 25 it should not go up to no 50 I am not happy and the TV needs to be very replaced we buy things from CONN’S but with the problem I’m having with this TV I don’t want to buy anything else from CONN’S we just paid off our washing dryer The TV needs to be replaced the TV was working fine before they replaced it and I’m talking about the back of the TV It needs to be replaced 7/28/2021

    Where do I start? Fathers Day was approaching, I thought, let me just make a cash purchase from
    Conn’s, so I go online and purchase a sound bar. We get the sound bar, connect it and the subwoofer does not work. I call Samsung. I don’t even bother Conn’s cause maybe I’m doing something wrong. Samsung can’t get it working either. A couple days later, I get an email from Samsung and they don’t have a replacement and don’t know when they will be getting any. So the tech calls me and tells me to box it up and take it back to Conn’s and request a new one or an upgrade of whatever they could get ahold up. Went to the store they refused to replace and told me I had to go through the online department because that is where I purchased it from (even though I picked it up from here Harvey Louisiana Store). So after 45 minutes of my lunch break spent with the store manager going back and forth on the phone with the online dpt, she tells me to leave it there and they will ship it to repair. Repair calls me on July 7th to tell me he is shipping it off the next day. I called 18th and without even checking the manger tells me to contact the online department that they don’t have it there. Today is July 20th, called the online dpt and they gave me a tracking number that shows it was delivered on 7/13th!!!!! Online warm transfers me back to the store. The Manager was busy each time I called. I said I DON’T NEED A MANAGER TO TELL ME IF MY PRODUCT HAS BEEN DELIVERED TO THE STORE! ANY HUMAN SHOULD BE ABLE TO DO THAT. Finally they come back on the phone and tell me it’s there and ready for pick up. But get this…then John calls and says we were just calling to let you know your package was ready for pick up. :/ NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I PURCHASE FROM CONNS AND THIS WAS A CASH SALE!!!!

    I bought a Samsung dishwasher may 30th ,2021 used it one time several parts changed still sitting in my house . Finally approved me to an exchange. Waiting a month for dishwasher is absolutely redicuious. I have been without for 5 weeks and told my new one will t ake till August terrible customer service. They should be catering to me . Why should I wait until you can get a truck from Texas to Louisiana you should shipped it by now . Very disappointed

    Conn’s customer service needs a culture change from the Top Down unless that is done complaints shall continue to escalate. The executive sales to the store manger all must be on the same Page! Repeat business!! … I just canceled my order because of that.. The so called Team Lead in Dallas (Denise) refused to give me corporate number to call. She said I quote “ google it, not allowed to give it out” .. I truly doubt corporate will do anything I’m still going to call. Breakdown in communication. Order not delivered… as agreed.. Kept Changing Dates …unsatisfactory customer service. That why people are going to your competition because of service! I’m praying for a call back please

    I spoke with a so call supervisor, Friday evening, she stated the refi that I signed back on 8/31/2019 was finally put into place and my old account was transferred (all payments). Please know I kept calling from Sept 2019 asking when this would be completed, the CS rep response was they are behind and my acct had been escalated….. I complained from 9/2019 until I got a call on 2/26/2020 when a rep apologized for the refi not being in place and offered me a settlement for all my troubles. I then accepted the settlement, received the email below made a payment for $200ish and have made $599.70 payment in March and April as promised to settle the account. I then get a call this week saying my refi is in place after 8 months. I did even know they would still refi it a settlement is in place. I did not get a call inquiring how I wanted to proceed with the account prior to. Please know that I am set to make my last settlement payment as promised on 5/15 for $500ish. How can your company go back retro a refi that was never established until April of 2020 and say I owe more money when a settlement was offered in lieu of the refi not being in place for over 8 months? I asked to speak with a manager to rectify this manner the so called supervisor said I could only speak with her and nothing could be done. This is highway robbery and poor service on Conns part. Please make this matter right.

    Have been trying for 4 days to have communication with a Customer / Collections Manager, not a collections clerk or a collections clerk pretending to be a collections manager insisting that exceptions are impossible. I have worked in collections for 40 years and anything is possible if a company wants to keep loyal customers. This collections office would rather see a small store loose a customer that spends large dollar amounts than to make exceptions due to lack of communications never received in the mail on special promotions.

    The small store manager, I am sure will be to never see us walk into his/her store again! We have been customers for 10 years and furnished the home with Conn’s merchandise. We have tolerated wrong delivered merchandise, long waiting at home for deliveries, long waits in the store to complete purchases, and have had to correct over and over our address, but we still were Conn’s customers.

    At this point we are no longer going to Conn’s since the collection department is such a difficult, greedy office and their management is impossible for everyday contact.
