Comfort dental care located at 591 East Tremont Avenue. Is the worse place to call in to get an appointment .You can call just to wait 10 minutes just so they can tell you mailbox is full. It doesn’t matter how many times you call.
Absolutely the worst trying to contact for an appointment.
So I had three root canals and everyone of them my tooth came out. I had to have a partial made and twice they told me it would be two weeks first time 8 weeks later I call and my partial was in but there never called, second time they said the same thing and 4 weeks later I called and after over 20 minutes on hold they come back on and say yes it is here. So I asked why did no one call me and all I get is an I am not sure. I can understand once but I think this is the norm for them. I went to one in Mount Vernon Ohio.
Saddened by comfort dental one office had employees so unprofessional and rude, I tried another office, after confirming my appointment I still was canceled off the schedule. Showed up and was denied after showing proof of my confirmation.

Comfort dental isn’t what you think they are extremely rude and don’t care about their customers you can call and ask to sent an appointment and they talk rude and then hang up on you they won’t help when needed extremely rude
Comfort Dental offers the WORST service I have ever had!! Went in for a chipped tooth and 4 visits later, I came out with a crown that does not match my other teeth and a temporary crown that is not permanent because the dentist did not want to “numb me up” to get it out!! I was asked to go to the lab directly to “see” if it could be matched and given a packet of glue and a few cotton swabs for when the crown falls out!! But asked by the dentist when am I going to make an appointment to get my wisdom teeth pulled or get root canals and other crowns. Are YOU KIDDING ME? You couldn’t even do the first crown right, why would I go back for more?!! Going to see about filing complaints against the dentist, her rude assistant with my insurance company and DORA. VERY UNHAPPY, VERY UNSATISFIED, and IN PAIN from them doing everything except “numb me up” to try and pull out the temporary that IS NOW PERMANENT!!
Disgusting commercial with the dog licking the man’s mouth. I found it to be so disgusting, that I will never go to comfort dental again in order to remove that from my mind. Of course your commercial is lacking any class, because the work I had done was horrific as well.
Comfort dental is the worst! They don’t care about their customers they do things that could be deadly to us customers and have no care in the world
