DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION FOR YOUR MOVING NEEDS!!!!! I requested to use college hunks to move four pieces just ten minutes away. Three movers showed up which one stood there the whole time, to do nothing nor did I request three. It only took two hours but I was charged for three. I received an email stating the minimum to be charged was two hours. The mover when I was overcharged wouldn’t let me call the office to ask questions. He was repeating I have to be paid or I can’t leave. I was over charged hundreds of dollars compared to my previous move six months before. I have repeatedly called this location to talk to the manager with no response. I called corporate and this location told corporate that they had tried to reach out to me. LIES!! The location told corporate they weren’t going to look at my bill nor did they care I was upset. One of the pieces of furniture that was moved was damaged. Please pay the extra money for two men and a truck, family, or etc. Do not waste your money with this moving location in Spartanburg.
