    The ATM Bitcoin machine malfunctioned while I was using it at 4840 Sinclair Rd. Columbus, Oh location. I wanted to send 2,500, but it just stopped at 1,200 with a malfunctioning error. I sent a text immediately after this happen to get a receipt for the 1,200. They said they’d have to send a technician out to fix the machine and requested emergency service to be done on the machine to be counted down. I was told all day yesterday that the funds will be sent to the wallet by the end of the day. Well, that didn’t happen and this morning at 9:49 AM they indicated they could see the transaction in the machine. And it will go through as soon as it is serviced which would be within a week. A week, are you serious? I need those funds released to my wallet immediately. It is an emergency situation for me to get those back now today.
    I’m thinking of filing a report with the Better Business Bureau

    Pathetic almost non-existent customer service. No email, no phone. Just some phone room that runs you in circles. I’ve entered two working emails that they call invalid. Make that three. They call this a guest comment, but won’t take an email that doesn’t have a Coinbase account.

    I have lost funds from my account. The account is not closed. I need a copy of all transaction records. How can I get these copies for investigative purposes. The email address on the account that is closed is rogerwallace@att.net
