    I’m just finishing my 90 day agreement. Dropped down to a 4 pack for $89. No problem. But it kicked in another 3 month agreement? Was not mentioned until I went to cancel. Then I opened my new price and voila, there it was. Seriously?

    I am Pamela Saleem, I signed up for a 90-day trial period originally in person with the representative at the location on my first visit.
    I was referred by Facebook.

    I have requested to cancel my membership in person, over the phone, and via email multiple times to just find out just moments ago via email that my membership has not been canceled but my local Evans, GA Club Pilates is requesting another payment. Today is 10OCT2023, I advised in July, 2023 to cancel my membership, and the store front manager refuses to cancel and obviously wants to continue to bill me for a membership that I requested to have cancel.

    After my 90-days, I removed my credit card from my account online. Advised the store manager in July, 2023 when I got an email that they attempted to change my account for July, 25, 2023, I have paid in full and completed my initial 90-days for $ 199.00 per month even with not using the service for no more than several times during the course of this 90-days. One week the gym was shut down for that particular week when I went to use the facility, I had no access nor was I notified of the store closure. Not a problem. But, I advised that no worries, I would still pay if that was required but to cancel the membership so, I would no longer be a member and continue to be billed. Now today, I check my email and this crazy lady/Manager for this local Club Pilates is still billing me.
    This sounds like an law suit for this organization/company, or local store front. I have requested for the owner to contact me, and no email, or call back as of today. The reviews are all similar to my experience here with this company.

    My advice to anyone considering Membership with Club Pilates is BE VERY CAREFUL! READ AND UNDERSTAND THEIR ENTIRE CONTRACT BEFORE SIGNING BECAUSE IT IS SET UP TO ENTRAP MEMBERS AND IF AND WHEN YOU HAVE EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES, THEY ARE NOT SENSITIVE TO YOUR NEEDS. I went to an introductory 1/2 hour class, loved it, and signed up immediately so I could take more classes on a regular basis. I have arthritis in one shoulder and injured it during a class there. After an MRI, the Orthopedist is recommending a complete shoulder replacement. I have four classes remaining on my Membership which I am unable to use, and the Countryside Clearwater location which I joined refuses to refund my money for those classes, though this is a medical matter. The general manager there, Jonell Rohcoff told me that I can use them after I have the surgery! Very presumptuous of her considering the fact that I am not certain that I will have this invasive major surgery. I am 74 yoa and I feel that this hard, unbending “policy” is mean spirited and abusive to Members. Again, I am requesting that my remaining funds be refunded to me now. I was on the $160 for 8 classes, so that equals a refund due of $80. Thank you.

    I’m trying to understand your membership policies. I currently have an annual membership with Club Pilates. I’m 68 years old and I’m becoming a snow bird this year between TN and FL and I’m told that I can’t have an annual Passport membership to use between my two homes.
    Can you tell me the best membership that will allow me to have uninterrupted membership?
    Also, if I put my membership on hold it has to be month by month instead of weeks. For example, if I’m gone on a 2.5 week trip, I have to sigh up for a month leave. This interrupts my exercise routine plus I don’t want to be discriminated by your company due to my retirement and ability to finally travel. I look forward to your comments.

    I want to cancel my subscription. My next month is due on Aug 29th – I would like to cancel as I booked my flights for Home for more than 2 months, why is the studio asking me to pay for the whole month? I would like to cancel at no charge, how and what can be done about this?

    I have loved my membership with Club Pilates. However, I have a dispute with the club I joined. I have been told I had the passport membership several times yet it appears I do not. How to I proceed since they tell me it is cooperate?

    Very upset with the charges of over $100 I recently had to pay due to NOT BEING ABLE access your app in order to cancel bookings and/or waitlisted classes.
    I am a passport member and feel the charge each month is fair but the limit to 15 bookings and now these charges is excessive.
    Wondering if a reimbursement is possible??!
