Your rep, Jennifer De La Cruz, spent several hours measuring, explaining & designing for my garage. Her recommendation was above my budget. She said she would speak to her manager, and send me a final quote the next day, a Tuesday. We also made an appointment for Thursday. The quote didn’t come so I called the office & left a message. She didn’t respond and didn’t show up for the Thursday meet. I called the office and asked to speak with the manager. I was told he was not available but would call me back. That never happened!
What an enormous waste of time for everyone and such appalling customer service from your SE Florida office.
