I was trying to rent a truck from Home Depot but entered my email incorrectly. Now I cant get the email to confirm. Please help me. Thank you.
• Dear CLEAR customer service team,
I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the recent experience I had at the San Antonio Airport CLEAR expedited check-out line. As a loyal customer who relies on your services to expedite the check-out process, I was extremely dissatisfied with the level of service provided.
Upon my arrival at the airport, I proceeded to the CLEAR biometric stations, only to find that all of them were inoperable. This resulted in a significant delay and inconvenience for myself and several other CLEAR customers who were also waiting in line. As a company that prides itself on expediting the check-out process, it is unacceptable that the very technology meant to streamline this process was not functioning properly.
To make matters worse, once we were finally allowed to proceed to the station, we were informed that we had to manually input all of our personal information again. This redundant and time-consuming process contradicts the purpose of CLEAR as a company focused on maintaining high-quality standards and efficiency. I find it disheartening that despite paying for your services, I was subjected to such inconvenience and inefficiency.
As a result of this experience, all of the customers in line, including myself, had no choice but to abandon the CLEAR line and utilize the TSA PRE check line instead. It is worth noting that the TSA PRE check line had no one waiting, further highlighting the failure of your services to meet expectations.
I am deeply disappointed with the level of service provided by your company and I urge you to thoroughly investigate this matter. As a valued customer, I expect a prompt response addressing my concerns and a clear plan of action to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future. Additionally, I request appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and disappointment caused.
I believe in the potential for improvement and hope that you will take this complaint seriously. Your company’s reputation and the trust of your customers are at stake. I look forward to a satisfactory resolution to this matter.

My wife and I typically fly out of Liberty International Airport, Newark, NJ. Although we signed up with CLEAR a couple of years ago, we have not received our CLEAR ID Cards. Consequently, we have not benefited from our membership as the airport agents make us stand in line for hours. Perhaps you can promptly e-mail our ID Cards to my e-mail address: chinnyokparanta@msn.com
Our next flight back into the USA is September 15, 2023.
