    I had the same exact experience! I experienced a hate crime against myself and my repairs were horrible. Very racist company! Alex Carter at the Buford Highway location is Racist and refers to African American customers as the N word! She also threatened me with physical harm, she is obviously used to doing this. She went to her vehicle several times during the assault which lead me to believe she was going to retrieve a weapon. This experience was unbelievable! I spoke with customer service and opened up a complaint requiring the regional manager contact me. I never received a phone call. Please do not put yourself through this kind of trauma and avoid this company at all cost! After picking up mu vehicle one week later Alex came out to be sure I understood this behavior is accepted by this company. My car repairs were horrific!

    Classic Collision Buckhead is the WORST place to take your car for repairs! I initially took my car in for repairs for a car accident in May 2023. I went to pick my car up in July and my battery wasn’t working, air conditioning wasn’t working, paint on my back seat, rocker panel has slashes of red and white paint, new rim spayed with black paint, and sunroof cracked! Today is October 27, 2023 and I have still not been able to get any of these repairs corrected. no one returns your calls or answer and the front worker Ashley is extremely rude and illiterate or her job! I asked her for corporate number and she says she doesn’t know it.. Who works anything and not know their corporate contact information???? Customer Service is pathetic! I went her because Mercedes recommended me there, but I see my issue isn’t the 1st issue these reviews are horrible. Other customers are having the same issue as I am..
