I cannot reach you–your message says you have a large quantity of callers and you put me on hold for 1 hour. I need to return 3 pair of shoes I received last week. They came in a plastic bag with no shipping orders–nothing at all with the shoes which were not in a box and were all misshaped and cannot be worn. I want to return them and get a refund.
Purchased the Breezies and they were to big. Returned and they received them on March 30 for a refund and today April 24 I have not received.
Your company has the worst customer service. The response which you have carefully remitted from a standard blanket email is not only shameful but unacceptable for a product which is held to a higher caliber than most shoe companies. It is truly sad you guarantee and uphold the quality of your shoes for a mere 60 days. I reached out to your agency previously and had a poor response. Your further lack of response to a poor quality product not only meets but exceeds the standards of why to never consider purchasing your products again.
I have no thanks for your lack of time and consideration. I shall reach out to your corporate agency with the chain of emails and the failure for a proper resolution.
I have been wearing Clarks for 40 yrs. Last pair of clogs do not look worn but both heels have huge holes. Took them to
Vacaville CA outlet (where I purchased them)& was treated VERY poorly . I won’t purchase Clarks again after the runaround story from the cashier there.
Impossible to speak with a live person!!! I am not impressed in any way, shape or form with your US Corporate office!!!
