    I spoke with a CSR on Monday and Wednesday regarding a issue with my clarasonic and she stated on Monday I would be receiving a shipping label within 24 hours so I could get a replacement and it’s Friday and I still have not received a email. This is horrible customer service and I want a refund instead of replacement. I don’t know how you people are still in business doing people like this.
