My name is latesha jackson I ordered shoes on the 2nd of August, I was told it would take 3 to 5 business days to recieve my shoes. Here it is the 10th of August I have been going to the store since Saturday asking about my shoes they keep telling g me the store in roebuck has them, they have yet to send them out, I paid for the shoes already, the store manager got mad because I told her you told me 3 to 5 business days, not one day have you said I apologize for giving false information, she cnt tell me what is going on, she was very rude and insensitive to my situation, she told me I would call you when your order gets here and walked off, all I said was you told me a certain amount of days and I was expecting my child’s shoe to be here for school which started Monday, here it is Thursday I need someone to help me get my baby shoe ASAP the account is under the name Sharon gulley
Assistant manager here at the location on South Harrison and Evans Mill is very rude and disrespectful. She let customer service and more focus on the men than the women that comes in. She does not agree does not Hill does not speak on her when I started complaining is when she said something. it’s sad I go to different clothing locations to purchase a lot of clothes for artist that I dress.
My son purchased me a pair of Jordans at this establishments which I refuse to shop from! I took him a hour out to go back to this store because I don’t like Jordan’s and I shop at the Nike outlet only to be told they don’t do refunds! No refund? He use cash and have a receipt! This is one reason why I would never ever spend my money at an establishment like this! Now he is stuck with a gift card!
I brought something out citi gear in st Vincent mall and it was for someone I tried to return it and they said I had to use a store credit and not get my funds back NO ONE EXPLAINED THAT AT ALL TO CUSTOMERS BECAUSE I WASNT THE ONLY ONE SURPRISED AND UNAWARE OF THAT IT DONT HAVE IT ON TICKET THET DIDNT TELL US THAT I WANT MY MONEY BACK THIS IS A SIN AND SHAME

Hello can you help me with this issue. I won a raffle yesterday at the forestdale store, but when i went to get my shoes they first said they didn’t get any raffles so i let them see my raffle then that said they can’t pull up the winners list so it’s nothing they can do so i call customer care and they went as far as to emailing them the winners list so i went back up their and they acted as if I wasn’t standing there at this point i was upset so i started to tell them that I don’t believe them and if their job is worth some jordan so be it. They have the worst attitude probably because i call them out on it,so after that they refuse to help me so i call customer care a 2nd time and this time they emailed the district manager about the issue and said it will be 24 to 48 hours before I get a response. I didn’t want to go social with this but i did because customers care wasn’t enough and the disrespect I received from the staff was unacceptable I am a loyal customer. I won’t stop until these women are terminated. I went home and was able to purchase the shoes online which i didn’t feel right about but my son wanted them. This a serious matter and I will not give up! I have pictures of the unstable people that your company hired and proof of them contacting me after i created a post about my experience on facebook. I’m now convinced that they sold my shoe to their friend instead of me and at this point the shoes are no longer the issue they are! I will not stop until they are terminated!
You ppl are bogus ya have this bogus number that don’t work to contact hq lol ya must be tired of getting all the phone calls about your uneducated workers at your stores when we go there to shop they call they ppl on us yo get us robed ones we leave the stores..this is wrong
Your return/ refund policy is completely misleading. You have pictures under your site stating free refunds but when you go to the store it states no refunds. The associates sold a minor the wrong size of shoes, which were $220 and for whatever reason, he bought them. He is now stuck with a gift card for a store in which he does not like anything. Your associates should advise customers verbally that you do not refund merchandise. Furthermore you should not advertise free returns under city gear online. You should have the same return policy as Hibbet sports if you are one company. I can only conclude this as a scam and false advertising.
