This store is also very sexist!
I’ve had been shopping in the Citi trends located in hinesville GA. I know a little bit of English. I got treated bad, like the employee didn’t have no customer service. The employee is very rude. I can’t believe I can’t talk to anyone about this matter. Me and her started arguing and she told me I can’t come back in the store like is not a public place. They did not catch me stealing I spend my money in the store.

I love the quality and price of Cititrends clothes and accessories. As far as working for Cititrends Store #513 they do not treat employees well. They do not comply with employee availability and teamwork is horrible. I enjoyed working with our Store Manager. She has helped and taught me a lot on working with her.
I was just at your store and Cocoa Florida I purchased a pair of jeans yesterday the woman remembered me I had every tag in my receipt because I did not have the price tag one I could not find she will not take the item and return it for me she’s been rude yesterday she was totally rude she just shipped it and she just rude and this is a ridiculous rule she told me to read the rules she would not give me her name this is ridiculous my first time in your store and this is how I got treated so again I’m in Cocoa Florida yes and I don’t know her name cuz she would not give it to me and an f- for your store and your employees that was ridiculous I cannot believe the way I was just treated in there and I still have the jeans she will not take them I have every tag she remembered me from yesterday and we’re not even exchange them she was so rude and I feel she may have been biased my name is Ann Mackey my phone number is 321-362-0387

I’m in Jacksonville FL the Citi trends at gateway shopping center on Norwood Ave this Citi trends never opens an it close early I don’t know who is the store manager their are not running the store in store hours they choose to open an close when they want to like right now the store is not open people are standing outside waiting I’m not understanding why
To whom this concerns ,I’m just to threw shopping the store in Lumberton NC . I was there tonight shopping for my grandkids and got to the register had some markdowns and the cashier assumed someone changed the tags ,I made the comment the tag on top was the same description of the bottom tag. She states the numbers wasn’t the same so by me working retail 24 years ,it had to be the person’s doing the markdowns and it wasn’t my fault it was wrong .She said she couldn’t sell it to me at the 5 bucks difference . If it’s the stores fault and not the customer ,we should get it for the price it’s advertised. So I left everything and the cashier says she’s not getting any of it the MOD states it’s ok. Maybe I’m not the right race to shop your stores but never in Fayetteville NC the stores I go to the employees is bitter like this one. No apply or anything. Citi trends need to do better , it’s our hard money that is keeping you all a pay check Thanks for your time.
