I have ordered twice from Cigars.com. Being unfamiliar with the company I called and was assisted with the entry of my personal information. The email address was incorrectly entered as .com rather than .net which became a problem. Acouple of months later I called back and placed a second order (I asked for assistance since the incorrect personal data was still on file and I couldn’t complete the process). This afternoon I noticed that I did not get an order confirmation. I called back again to find out if my order had been place in the system. The lady on the phone was not helpful and hung up in frustration. I called back and received an immediate hangup. I called back again and asked for a supervisor and received a third hangup. I called customer service (forth time), asked for a supervisor and was hung up on. All of this must be on their recorded conversations, but the company is not customer friendly to say the least.
