The wife and I went to CICIs here in Lubbock Tx and paid $20.10 to eat some pizza. But there wasn’t any on the buffet. So were ordered a pizza and never got it either. We were trying to eat a salad while we waited for our pizza and could not eat it either. The lettuce was wilted and there was no salad dressing or anything else for the salad to be found. We noticed that the employees were to busy playing to make any pizza. So we got up and went to the register and asked for out money back. The cashier told us they do not give cash back. We argued a little and we left. I did tell them that I would post a very bad review about this CICIs. When Big John had these CICIs you would get great pizza. But he sold out and now this CICIs has went plum to hell in a hand bag. So with all that said we will never visit another CICIs restaurant again. We feel like we were robbed of our $20.10. Because we got nothing……….. CICIs is the worst place to try and get a pizza…

I had a similar situation just on 05/13 with this same store! This is the email I sent them:
My family of 7 went to Cicis Store #832 on 05/13/22. When we entered the restaurant, we stated that we had 6 people eating from the buffet and then myself only ordering wings. The young man at the register, Mishell is the name on the receipt, immediately said that anyone not eating from the buffet cannot come into the restaurant and would have to wait outside until my family was done eating. Well — I was confused at first because we were ALL ordering food. I stated from the beginning that only I wouldn’t be eating from the buffet, but that I would still order wings. I’m not able to eat pizza because I had Bariatric Sgry in Feb 2022, which is why I ordered the baked wings. So my husband stepped in to explain why I can’t eat the buffet and ordered the wings. The young man then stated that this one time, he’ll allow me to eat inside but for future reference I wouldn’t be able to. We go to this location quite often and spent $100 this time as a family of 7. I even paid more on the 10 wings then I would’ve paid for the buffet. After we paid, there was nothing on the buffet but 3 slices of old pizza. It was 2:45pm so it’s not like they had just opened. We waited 15-20 minutes for them to finally get some pizzas on the buffet. Then I waited a total of 30 minutes for my wings. The whole time I was waiting for my wings, the young man would stand at either side behind the buffet and watch me — almost making it seem like he was making sure I wouldn’t eat anything from the buffet. There were also 2 young girls standing by the salad bar most of the time talking. I finally got my wings — they were inedible. They were cold as if they had been sitting there. If I wanted them to be remade, I would’ve had to wait another 30 mins for all the pizzas to be made because “they’re priority”. Well – the customer should be the priority in this case. Customer service was HORRIBLE — to the point that we will never go back to this store. Not saying anyone should be fired, but they definitely need more training on customer service skills and how to properly communicate/talk to customers.

WONDERING if you have heard of the new cauliflower pizza crusts… they are wonderful …. would you consider having these crusts in your restaurants… they are better for you and NO ONE can tell the difference …. would you AT LEAST give it a chance on some pizzas …
