    Took over EP FITNESS, made it worse
    No change just more broken equipment. Less water fountains. Staff is not required to train on common courtesy. Let’s complain about members bags but you do nothing

    There have been 20+ break ins at the same time (9am) in the past two weeks and Chuze paseo and Coors has done nothing. It is posted all over social media and people are changing gyms we sent you an email and no response Very unfortunate

    At the Corona Location you have waaaay too many young kids working here. They are uneducated in Chuze memberships/ processes. They goof off and play grab ass all day. There is like 4 real employees there. Summer is over! Super disappointed with the current quality. Was much better a year ago. Need a mass layoff of of the young kids working, and re hiring of qualified individuals.

    Good morning
    I am a member at your chuze fitness in Anaheim I’ve been going there for some years now this comment is regarding your employees and the cleansingness of the fitness equipment steam room sauna
    steam room is starting to smell horribly!!
    it seems like your employees has NOT clean the Steam room for a while
    before they used to clean it shut it down for an hour and clean it and now they don’t even do that you’re younger generation I think it’s just plain lazy all they do is stand in the front and joke around and laugh when I believe the virus is still spreading and the steam room and sauna room the pool area needs to be sanitized as well as the fitness equipment. It would be appreciated if these employees would clean that steam room there was one lady that about fell in there
