Chronic Tacos was incorporated by Randy and Dan in 2002. They started it after getting inspired by 3rd generation recipes. They focus on widening their focus and continue to spread all over the world.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had at your Lakewood WA location. I wanted an Al Pastor Bowl add fries. They told me “sir that is not possible.” Then proceeded to huff and puff as they made the order. Before they put the cheese and toppings on I had asked if they could melt the cheese on top. Where then they proceeded to tell “sir we are already making your order we cannot melt cheese.” As I talked to the manager I could hear two young ladies mumbling something about how my order was too hard for them. When I got home I had discovered that my Al Pastor Bowl add fries I had ordered was in fact turned into a Steak Bowl add fries. Which is not what I ordered. I then drove back and requested they remake the order. At that point the young lady I assumed was the manager proceeded to tell me “I don’t know the difference between steak and al pastor.” I have cooked both in my life before and can clearly tell the difference between pork and beef. Overall I would rate this experience .5/10.
