    Hi my name Demetric Hawkins on February 2,2023 my purse and wallet we’re stolen which had all my information including my chime card 469.60 which was unauthorized used I’ve gotten a couple of texts from chime stating that Everytime my card was being used that day and I was like how is that possible and I’m here at home and I live alone I call chime ASAP and reported the unauthorized use of my card and closed it and reported it stolen they told me I would be quitify for a temporary credit and I never got it.and it’s now September and since February until now I have 16 rebuttal that i have to keep calling doing this over and over because they’re saying they see no error in this case I can’t understand what is happening i even was told to send documents the only document I have was whoever stole my purse and wallet got a Lyft from a place that I know nothing about and it came through my phone when it charge from my card which was February 2,2023 I sent a screenshot to chime and that all I had I kept telling them I can’t give you other documents I don’t have that’s crazy so please just stop.This is really frustrating. I’m so upset people work hard for their money and you put it in a place you thought you were comfortable with and chime allow unauthorized access to my account and my money it’s not ok chime so I’m reaching out to anyone that can please help me get in touch with the CEO of this company about this issue I should not have to keep doing these rebuttals over and over for the samething and chime you keep saying you see no error. This not a comment this is a complaint and trying to reach someone higher than customer service I need someone higher!!!

    While I was incarcerated a man broke into my apartment and stole some items including my chime card he used every last dollar I had and when I got out I made a police report to the incident. When I called chime they started a dispute for me and it came back from the investigation team that their was nothing wrong with the transactions. Omg please someone give me a number or email that it’s the same 2 I have been using. I can not be two places atcthe same time

    Today is July 25th yesterday about 1:4 0 p.m. to go to my mailbox to see if my workman’s comp check has arrived because I had a very bad injury at work that still at the moment have left me disabled it’s been a traumatic and horrific experience.. so I get this securely sealed envelope with my check in it for my workman’s compensation insurance company like I have many times since the beginning of April and have cashed 90% of them with chime through my mobile banking check cashing app.. yesterday go to my mailbox to my bedroom and I live by myself and I opened up the shield envelope and my check is inside like usual connected to my check stub that you have to separate from each other like all of us knows, check was not tampered with it was like it always has been.. I signed it printed my name and put chime only on the back of the check that is policy with chime. I opened my charm app and go to my mobile check cashing and submit my check like I have many times since April before that I was getting direct deposit before I got hurt at work.. I had physical therapy at 2:00 so I get out the door safely as I could and go to physical therapy while I’m there I get a notification but my check wasn’t accepted,, but many times in the past it rejects it on the first time saying it wasn’t clear enough or whatever so that was not unusual.. so when I get home I make sure that everything is clear take extra time with my pictures then I get a notification it’s rejected again so I’ll call customer service they inform me to look at my email.. the first email says your check was not accepted because it may have been deposited into another account into another institution.. key word I noticed from the first email was May have.. I’m trying not take up too much space but I want to say again I went to my mailbox directly to my bedroom opened the envelope that was not tampered with separated the check from the check stub that was not tampered with follow the steps and submitted.. I spent 8 hours plus on the phone and corresponding through emails with over 20 customer service Representatives I’m sure a couple with managers cuz I asked for managers and that’s not counting how many times I was transferred from one person to the next.. so firm 3:30 p.m. yesterday to about 3:00 today I was begging and pleading with customer service Representatives to diligently look into this matter because it was more than likely impossible that this happened before I posted it to the chime mobile check cashing section on my chime app.. and I would figure that it would be a priority to be investigated not just for someone going through what I’m going through with my bills pound up now with hardly nothing in my refrigerator to eat but also for the integrity of the app itself and diligently and with urgency check on this matter to make sure that it was not hacked through the mobile chime app by investigating where it was cashed at maybe what time would be a good indicator just a lot of I would figure important priorities not just for the customer but for everyone customers and employees alike.. I got copies of emails that contradicted that their self,, not one time could someone explain to me or reassure me that this was a important urgent matter to look into.. after I explained over and over the situation in the exact steps that I took in the integrity of the envelope and the check right before I successfully completed the steps to deposit it but never was because it was told to me that somehow it was cashed into another institution.. so whenever I brought this to the attention of the people at the workman’s comp insurance I was talked down to and look down upon because I use chime that they know little about to use mobile check cashing on my paychecks and they do not offer direct deposit at this workman’s comp insurance company.. so clearly the definition to insult to injury should have my picture in the dictionary when that term is used.. just a little humor out of one of the most stressful days I’ve had in a long time and I am not supposed to be stressed out with this injury and I’m supposed to be getting plenty of sleep. And that would be priceless if that was so.. hope this find someone that will please help me so the proper authorities can get involved and my workman comp insurance company will stop payment on the check and issue me another one ,because all they wanted was a definite statement from chime on the findings of looking into this very unfortunate situation..

    I’m waiting for my money to go back on my card from chime I went to Amscot to the ATM I didn’t receive my money out the machine but they took it off my card chime said Amscot put it back on my card Amscot said they don’t have access to my card only chime does I’m Fckn tired of waiting for my money it’s over $200

    My account was hacked on 12/6/22 (after receiving texts at 11:30 pm saying my PHONE No. WAS CHANGED 3 TIMES)! HACKED!!!! THEN LOCKED OUT OF MY CHIME ACCOUNT, TWO & HALF DAYS LATER , I FINALLY HAD HELP FROM “TECH SUPPORT” TO GET BACK IN TO MY ACCOUNT!! $690 WAS TAKEN OUT WITHOUT AUTHORIZING!!! BY SOMEONE—-‘MONEY LION-ROAR MONEY’, I’ve never heard of them!
    Called CS immediately. SINCE THEN, 12/06 at 11:35 pm, to this date, I’m being told it won’t be longer than February 2023. ??????? The ONLY number you can call is their ONLY number, ONLY to be asked the same question , ONLY to speak with people with heavy accent that you can’t understand, ONLY be put on hold all the time, ONLY get transferred to one department to another, ONLY to hear either a different or the same scripts!!!!!!! Cannot reach anyone that I can escalate this to. This company has THE WORST customer service, “fraud investigators”, “supervisors”, “IT department” I have ever experienced!!!!

    I had 32.99 dollars taken
    Out of my account an I dispute the charge said I don’t have enough evidence to over turn the decision so I rebuttal it an the person is still saying I have no evidence for the refund of the 32.99 an I have to wait til Christmas day to get my new card an the account has been hacked many times since using chime an I can’t speak to anybody cuz they don’t have numbers of the high level people like really what kind of bank are u guys if I can’t speak to higher level bosses

    Chime makes it so difficult just to update a telephone number. I’ve sent in documents,all they asked for and they’re still trying to make me jump through hoops. Ridiculous! Filing with the FDIC Today! Need a Better Verification System.

    I attached below what you have referred me to but again nothing under this policy I violated per this agreement Therefore it’s an error do to Chime miss-handling my account due to chime cancel customer account on thanksgiving holiday you have left my family stranded 28 hr away from home with no means of getting my money I was traveling with 1,000 with me and decided to deposit into my account then chime closes my account and basically stole from me right away my family are still struggling to get back home but I ensure you the founder Chris’s Britt and Ryan king and Chris Britt you as CEO of Chime would not want to legally face these circumstances at least Chime could do is own and be responsible for what you have done. My family and I deserve better then this as I have been loyal customer and strong advocate for Chime (NO MORE) why is my account closed what did I do You left my family stranded

    This place mysteriously lost my 3 grand, transferred from my 401k company. Cleared on 401k’s end on August 17th. It’s currently November 18th and nobody can seem to figure out where the fuck my money is. Will be seeing them in court with my lawyer soon.

    It’s no help with nobody in the bank, they always asking the same questions or switch you over to people. Have you on hold for hours after hours and can’t provide the information you need or looking for. Which is sad how can you be a bank an not help your members with anything.

    Chime is the absolute WORST! They don’t help, don’t investigate correctly & don’t ever get your money back. They need to be sued. I’m debt over $1500 because of them letting unauthorized charges be placed to my account..

    Chime is not great. I’m filing a complaint with the federal reserve banks against them and I am looking into legal action. I was told by chime I had to illegally have 2 identification cards in order to change my name due to divorce. THAT IS AGANIST THE LAW TO HAVE 2 ID’S. THEY SAID I MUST HAVE THE OLD ID AND THE NEW ONE- NO STATE DOES THAT. Chime does not care about the customers. I wish I had not opened up an account with them. When their system is down we lose money . Customer service is not great. No one can give you adequate information or it is not consistent. disputes are non existent. You will never get your money back. No one speaks good English. When you call customer service has an attitude like you have done something to them. they NEVER have a supervisor a call can be transferred to. I was told they have no legal team. All around bad business.

    I’m unhappy with chime putting 7 day pending hold from a canceled transactions that was made on Sept 13th and here it is the 20th and I’m still waiting for my funds is this how long standing customers with direct deposit is treated I don’t recall ever experiencing this .

    I have a confirmed refund with t-mobile last week on September 13th and here it is 20th my money is still pending not returned back into my checking account I’ve been with chime for years and have a direct deposit with them so why is my money pending so long its ridiculous customer service tells me it take up to 7 business days for the funds to be available I never experienced anything like this .

    I am currently homeless partly because the customer service team has been horrible I have had my purse stolen during the process of me moving and my cell phone as well tried to update my information all at once it was unable to do so successfully I got the runaround literally all day 22 different Representatives everybody

    Chime has been messing with my account for 2 months I downloaded a statement from now and I got one out of my document they do not match and it cannot explain my money correctly one morning I went to sleep I had $200 woke up had 88 with no recent transactions

    One thing you need to get people who speak english i can’t understand what they are saying.

    Second you need to help the people understand the questions that a person is asking them.

    Third a person shouldn’t be transferred from people to people and nobody understands what your asking.

    Can i talk to the CEO of the company he needs to understand what’s going on with his people in Customer Service they need to be more helpful and understand the questions.
