    I was wondering if when a customer brings their vehicle for service, is it customary to keep the customer in the dark? My vehicle has been in your Newport News location since January 19, 2024, and the only way I get any information as to the status of my vehicle is by physically going there, and every time I do, I am made to feel as if I am bothering them. No one answers the phone when I call and no one returns my messages. I was told, the last time I made an appearance, that my vehicle would be ready on either Wednesday or Thursday. Today is Thursday and I have received no word. I am trying hard to not be upset, considering the failure I have experienced with said dealership. A few months earlier, I brought my vehicle in because it was overheating and the coolant was leaking. Your technicians failed to locate and identify the problem. I was told in so many words, that the coolant was exhausted due to the weather. I thought this to be ridiculous and counterintuitive to the purpose of the coolant. I didn’t argue and I counted myself fortunate to have incurred a heavier bill. I trusted your people to take care of me! Now, I brought it in (torque sensor/overheating) and for the inspection, only to find out that, I need a new radiator…Please, I am requesting that someone intercede and impart the importance of maintaining the customer informed. I am very displeased with the manner in which this has been handled.
