    I’m a customer of check into cash and I have a complaint and comment I recently acquired a loan through this company and when the loan was due I went to pay on it 1 day early mind you and I got told that I couldn’t because they had already sent it through well earlier that same day I called and asked if I was OK to pay the next day and the lady assured me that it was so when I went to pay it you could imagine what I thought and yes I was upset I think you would too if you got told the same thing. You really need to train people not to answer questions if they don’t know the correct answer so needless to say the payment won’t go through because the card is different and yes I took all the money out just to prove a point you will get paid but you will get paid when you said I could. Shame on you for employing the incompetent people oh and yes the supervisor was horrible also!!

    Lenexa, KS I took out a car loan in Feb. your system did not set up my payments. They told me (Karen & Mandy) I would pay no interest everything I paid would go to principal. It took them several months to figure out how to fix my loan. When they did they charged me interest that they said they wouldn’t. Now my 2nd loan should have been 480.00. They started the loan at 792.00 (341.00 money I didn’t get) was what the loan was I have made payments with interest based on a loan for 792.00 since they added interest to the loan they said they wouldn’t because of their error and my in convince. I have been paying interest on higher balance than if this loan would have been configured correctly to begin with. So for two more months now. I again have been trying to get this fixed and I am getting no where. I am told I still owe another $220.00 dollars. I paid it down to where your guys messed up my loan now I am making payments on their interest and making payments that I DON’T OWE. They charged when they screwed up my loan a second time. So do I get attorney and go after pain and suffering because no one can fix this correctly. by configuring my payments by date on the lower amount to show you this is paid off. I was made aware I was not the only one. So did other customers have this happen to them? Where you charged them interest after you said you wouldn’t. I have been a customer for double digit years and to be treated like this is very unprofessional and HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. After this I will never ever ever borrow from this establishment again. This was all you guys. Not me. I have the proof.

After I paid for a return check, they redeposit the check now my bank has charged me 35.00 twice,and the girl at the branch refused to give me any information, she was rude and unproductive unprofessional,using slang that black people use.     I have a title loan out of California I have to call and pay it everyone since they closed and merge office I have been calling for over a week to make a payment and I am not able to reach the main person who take the payment or received a call back times are hard right now and I need to make a payment in order to keep my car and because of not being about to reach anyone am I going to be charge late fees?     Try to pay my flex line of credit. The web page don’t work, customer service transfer me to another customer service. At the end of the day still not paid. Beware!! They don’t want you to pay it off, so they can charge you interest. Never will I do business with them again.

    I have been trying to pay off my loan for 3 days now, every phone number I have called say “can’t answer phone call back during normal buisness hour” No matter the time of day. When I finally got a human there was a discrepancy in balance owed I will not pay accrued interest because of your companies inability not only to answer phone but giving out different balances! DONOT GET A LOAN FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WILL REGRET IT!

    For four days trying to get a loan, my job address and income information is different and I don’t want a loan based off inaccurate information as it affects due dates etc and loan amounts. Online no option to change virtual assistant can’t help with that, I was referred to live agent and the phone number and email. I have tried them all, all week. Email takes 3-5 days to respond, great because I can wait that’s why I’m needing a loan. The phone number after being told inaccurate office hours I line same time zone, I was on hole almost two hours combined 20 minutes each call, to be told expect long wait times to then be told “we are experiencing technical difficulties check back later goodbye” no love abent available online due to high request. All this back and forth four days just to update my info. My bank and social readily available, I can’t get a loan based off fraudulent information before I can update my information. EVRYTHINg refers you to just applying and keep telling me to sign documents without accurate information. It’s been two years. All bad signs btw if I was waiting on them I’d still be waiting just to see through how many days or weeks before I actually seen help. Then they get mad at you for using the channels they gave you.

    I was mistakenly debited on my account 2 weeks in a row, which put me in a bind where I had to reborrow the same day…yet I was paying off the loan the following week, this week. They did thankfully set my due date out a week but I really need the extra week going into February…I just moved and it’s been a Hardship. I am thankful for the help. 🙏

      The same thing happened to me 2 times withdrew from my checking without my authorization but I took controll and demanded they reverse asap so they did void both but they are the worse can’t even make payments as they rack up accured interest going through fight now. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!

    Please DO NOT LOAN HERE!!! OR ANY LENDER LIKE THEM SUCH AS ADVANCE FINANCIAL, CHECK N GO, etc…These are PREDATORIAL LENDERS….Check Into Cash makes it IMPOSSIBLE TO PAY THEM OFF. I only borrowed $1080 and ended up paying over $2000 involving that 279% APR INTEREST RATE to get this paid off and closed. AVOID AT ALL COST OR GO WITHOUT!!!!!

    Previously, I have done business with Check & A Cash several times.Some staff have been nice, a few have changed, the store manager has been aggressive, and occasionally helpful. It’s somewhat challenging to do business at this particular store. Due to the fact their database malfunctions can’t get a receipt, and the staff gets upset when I request them to create one.

    Recently, I applied for a payday loan, their database shut down. During my transaction the Store manager reacted impatient, unpleasant, and rude. She got upset because I requested to receive verification of my payday loan with repayment date. She abruptly refused my request, and insisted I leave the Store, which I did. I contacted their corporate office, and was not able to reach anyone.

    However, I received a message from the Regional Store Manager. I explained the situation to him, and he responded as if he was reluctant to believe me. Moreover, my goal was to finalize the payday loan process, and get verification of the transaction. Overall, I am disappointed with the terrible customer service I have received. I will no longer patronize their business.

    I got a $200 loan from your store in Nampa Idaho today… I was not informed that I would be receiving a hard credit check! This is not something that you used to do. Although I haven’t been in for a while, the manager of that store should’ve told me! I’m trying to refinance my house right now… I am not happy and when the loans paid off I will never be back! Horrible customer service!

    I’m a Dr. in Pismo Beach CA that is ALSO a CA Board Certified Real Estate Appraiser that brought a small ($875) check in the Oceanic/Arroyo Grande office today issued from another Major Real Estate Appraisal Company as Payment for an Appraisal, and the rude disgustingly dressed fat slob at the counter not only moved at a ridiculously slow snails-pace on purpose (overheard Him complaining about being short-staffed/alone/solo),; but then after 49 mins declined it’s worth-

    People need to be really careful of this lender. For a payday lender it is very important to do whats called a lite hit on someone’s credit. Which the majority of all the other payday lenders use. If you choose this lender for payday loans be advised they could destroy your credit.This business does hard credit checks that cause your credit score to go down in points. And they simply don’t care about doing it either. By doing the hard credit hit or sometime hits on your account every two weeks your score will go backwards many points. To me this should be against the law. These folks don’t mind, its about your credit score not theirs. Hopefully the government will not loan to this lender ANYTHING at all. People that use this service to get by in many low income locations. I have done business with these people and they do have some really good people in some locations. Biggest problem here is once they get your credit score down you will always be using them because your credit score is very low. The upper management really think they are so smart by killing your credit score. To me they are breaking good lending practices. Best thing to do here is get ahold of your governor, senator, or house member and send them your credit scores after using these folks. Its time to change the way these people do business.

    I visited the Check into Cash Store in Delavan Wisconsin to pay my bill on April 10th, 2020. The music that they were playing in the store to me was very offensive and shouldn’t have been playing in the store. The music they playing was sexual in nature
    where it was talking about eating clit, etc. I also am not happy the way the management treats their customers. They can very rude and unprofessional plus when I went to pay my bill on 4-10-2020 I paid the full balance I owed then they called me and said I owed a past balance of $13. Why couldn’t they tell me that why I was at the store? Thank You for your time concerning this matter.
