I paid off a loan I owed 560 dollars and was told 400 would pay it off, it was a debt from over 10 years ago, so I went to a branch in Reno , I had a chime bank account for the last 3 years, they told me I had to get a regular bank account I had 1hour and 30 minutes to open a regular bank account so I did , then I had to pawn my gold bracelet to get the 400 to pay them all of this before they closed at 6:00, I got there at 5:50 and filled out the paper work for the loan , I get 6500 in benefits every month they said that could loan 25% of my net income which the lady helping me said would be 1625,I told her thank you , after finishing my the paperwork she said she needed the 400 dollars before she could process my new loan, she came back 5 minutes later and gave me the paperwork for what I thought was a loan agreement, it said I was declined for another loan due to not paying my loan with them, I was pissed , they misrepresented the company , and made me run around to make the loan possible, I told the lady that she was deceitful, she said I shouldn’t have waited 10 years to pay the loan, talk about being pissed off,
I hope some one reads this , I can’t believe companies can get away with misrepresenting themselves,

They have fouled up my account and it’s been 2 months and still not straight. Am reporting them to the Utah Financial
