I have been fighting with this company for over a year. I will get my lawyer involved at this point. I would like my credits that are due to me. This company is a scam!
We paid over $5K for a family vacation right before COVID hit. Naturally, the vacation was canceled. After the loss of our business and many unfortunate financial hardships along the way, we are now in a place where we can finally take the trip that was scheduled back in May of 2020. When calling CC, the representatives will connect us with a supervisor to obtain our credit. My husband is still waiting on hold after 1.5 hours and the representative has assured him that the supervisor will give him the same answer which is our credit is no longer valid.
While he has been on hold, I called the cooperate office, but there was no reception agent to connect my phone call to someone who makes decisions within the company. We have used CC for nearly every trip we took prior to COVID and were always very pleased with customer service and our vacation experiences. This has been more than unpleasant and one would think, they would be bending over backward to provide their customers with the vacations that were paid in full but never redeemed due to circumstances far out of anyone’s control. We will be contacting an attorney at this point. I was once told that principle can come at a very expensive price but this company is downright robbing people of their hard-earned money. I plan to go on to every social media site they have to share this story as well.
I choose your company because of all advertisement and benefits. To my dismay the information that was given is not correct. I apologize though when we speak to customer service all I hear are kids, banging, and dog noises. I am very displeased with service and false advertising. I am filing report with consumer affairs regarding this matter.

Were you successful in filing your complaint with customer affairs? Please see my review above. They owe us 5K in travel credit and they are now saying the credit is no longer valid. There is no one in charge who can help us. It’s pure robbery.
I am extremely disappointed that I am only allowed Cheap Caribbean credits rather than a reimbursement, due to no fault of mine. The resort booked by Cheap Caribbean is under construction and as a result, we have to be relocated (to resorts that do not offer the upgrades that I had purchased with my package). Not only do I have to modify my much anticipated holiday, but I also have to downgrade my vacation experience. To add insult to injury, I am told that I have to use the money owed to me towards another Cheap Caribbean vacation or excursions, rather than receive a refund. I have used Cheap Caribbean many times in the past and I feel let down.
