    I was at the Yuma Dodge store today. I over heard the salesman Genaro Soto start cussing at your cleaning lady as she was cleaning out the refrigerator. He went on saying that management was a bunch of ******* (cuss words) . The cleaning lady was about to cry as he continued cussing and getting after her.

    I was in shock to hear what he was saying. Is this the type of employees you hire? This should be an HR issue and I hope this message gets to that office. I don’t think your cleaning lady needs to put up with Genaro Soto s attitude and lack of professionalism. I’m not leaving my information but I hope someone looks into it.

    Hi Mr. Chapman, my name is Patricia Fridkin of Tucson Az. I bought a used car from Chapman on Speedway in 2021. The next day I had to call the dealer and have them come get the car cause it wouldnt start.They had the car 3 or 4 months and then finally returned it. I continued to have problems with the car not starting. It got to the point that no one would talk to me any more or they said it wasnt their problem. Well in the mean time I have lost 4 jobs and this weekend I was evicted from my home of 7 years. And the day I bought that car was the worse day of my life. And the day I bought that car I was told that the car they sold me was the only car they could sell me. Now the car has been broke down for the last 4 mos. And i contacted CAG where I got the loan.I tried to see if there was a way we could work out some kind of deal and I was told no and not to be harassing the employees.I will admit i have lost my temper with some of the employees but concidering the hell i have went through with your employees I dont think has been bad. But when the manerger of the loan Dept. told me to stop making up excuses and bothering the employees and make my payments. So I thought that maybe you my help me take care of this problem. Because that day i walked in to the showroom at Chapman on Speedway was the begining of hell for me. I have lost everything I had cause of that day they sold me the only car they could so they said .I think they were just waiting for the first sucker they could find to sell that Malibu to and it was me. Please lets see what can be done to fix this problem.Thank You and I hope to hear from you soon
