We are having a problem with the office in Denver/Aurora where they refuse to deliver our product. We scheduled a delivery last week for Tuesday. On Tuesday morning our appointment was cancelled due to no driver. We rescheduled for Wednesday. Again, Wednesday morning we were contacted since there wasn’t enough room on the truck. We called on Thursday for Delivery. No call or show. We again called Friday for our delivery and was told we could schedule for next week. This was to be a 3 day service, which is now turned into over a week to 2 weeks. We requested if we could come and pick up the item and we were told no this would be a waisted trip. Then the agent just cancelled our product saying we refused the item. Is there a reason we cannot pick up our parcel?
