    Hello: I am having one hell of a time working with all of you. When I try to work with this, as my travel agent is busy, I get my travel agent has to do this. When she tried, supposedly today, she was told the client had to straighten this out. I am so frustrated with celebrity and all, I want to scream. I realize we are all short handed, but I would appreciate someone calling me and fixing this. I have waited over 45 minutes on hold with your DEDICATED NUMBER 844-418-6824. You state you want us to be carefree and enjoy your services. I have as yet to experience this. PLEASE CALL ME AT 269-998-4369.

    We have been trying to correct a return flight which was made by your air department since June 28, 2022. We get the same answer every time we call “they will look into it and call us back.” The last call we made was July 8 no call and,no email. Today we called again and after 1 1/2 hours we were now told they would contact us by Monday, July 18. They said nothing was written down regarding this. We are a loyal Celebrity and Royal Caribbean passengers. I am very disappointed with how this is being handled. Please help. Barbara Borre booking number 8348463

    I am a Captain’s Club member and really have never cruised on a different line for many years. However, your company is being greatly hurt by not having enough staff to handle calls regarding questions, etc. on a cruise like we have right now. I have two cruises purchased for in September and also next February. It is taking upwards of 1 hour each time to be able to talk with someone in your company. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. In fact, this is absolutely disgusting! Hire people as you are cutting your own throats for the future. We are about ready to switch to another cruise line as this is absolutely unacceptable!
