    Today in Oklahoma City we had the worst experience of our life after spending over $200+ for a family gathering. The manager Tyler was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Using foul language in front of our children and telling the women in our family that he wasn’t “FUCKING” talking to them. This was all after taking the money for pizza for my mother-in-law, who was charged incorrectly as well as waited over an hour for a personal pan pizza. The employees told us that the pizza was burnt and that she could either take the pizza that was burnt or the refund but not both. When we asked for the refund and did not want the pizza, he told my wife that now she is not going to get a “fucking refund now.” we captured part of this on video. Please send an email so I can send the video or I can just upload it to the social media.

    Frequent your establishment often with my son a d nieces and nephews. We have lots of small issues especially with staff often but over-look them bc problems do t get solved with attitude and non-professionalism.

    Today however we encounter 2 extremely rude employees (females) behind the ticket/food register.. 4:24pm was our exact time and we were wanting to redeem a coupon for games. We were rudely told we are out of luck and we had to leave bc they close at 5pm and we couldn’t redeem the coupon. I asked for a manager and they said there isn’t anything they could do.. I preceded to explain to them that if they close at 5 then we will leave at 5 and that we still had plenty of time to play games.. they took the coupon and said that we had to leave bc they were closed. All the games were red (unavailable) and it was. Only 425pm at this point. I don’t generally complain but this is way beyond ridiculous with employees who don’t have enough respect and courtesy to value their job and a paying customer. I’m not trying to get something for free, but I would like the satisfaction of know that this will get resolved or at least checked in to.
