What happened? I just looked at my caviar bill. My food was 63.60. My total bill from Caviar was $103.12. So you charged $39.52 in assorted fees for my dinner. I’m sorry that’s absolutely fucked up. There I said it. It’s pretty appalling. So wait, you are charging a delivery fee, a service fee, tax, and wait, none of this covers the tip for the delivery person. Sure you can say it’s all out there to review, and it is. But really, it burns people. Everyone I have talked to have said, they don’t use caviar.
So, there are plenty of delivery options out there and I have to say, we have pretty much had it with your scorched earth service. It’s not worth it. We won’t be using caviar. Not only that, I think it’s time to leave a review. I think it’s good that other people see how you are gouging people. I mean really? REALLY? 39.52? You all are shameless. Unbelievable. Oh but wait, you get even better. You charge $9.00 to submit a complaint. I think it’s time to pay a visit to the BBB on that one. Sleazy. So annoying.
