I had the worst experience in Waldorf . I received a kids meal. I understand that you only allowed to add one proteins, and one starch which is rice, but all additional other toppings are free. One of the young ladies there appear to be the manager made her own rule, and suggest that it only comes with two toppings. Waiting for corporate to get to me , with such rules . If it’s not posted don’t make it up!
Hi, recently came acquainted with your restaurant through the public offering and purchased some stock. I then went to your Santa Monica location on 2nd Street. The food was great, employees were also great however the bathroom was filthy. Many yrs ago when I was in the restaurant business I made sure the bathrooms were inspected and cleaned every few hrs. Nothing turns off a customer quicker than a filthy restroom. Though you should know.
Your location at Alliance Town center,Tx is extremely dirty food left on every table and on the floors .The bathrooms are just as dirty the counters where food is prepped is so dirty .Employees all standing around .This second visit was very disappointing and I was asked to give this location another try .I walked out without ordering food .
It felt unsafe to eat at .Other customers walked out as well .I would appreciate a refund back to my card and to be contacted immediately.
Poor customer service experience online and in person. I was charge twice online. I tried to contact the store twice and the manager wouldn’t answer the phone so I drove up there and ask for a refund and to speak to the manager the cashier said he sent her instead. I demand to speak to the manager about my refund and he comes out and states it’s going to be 14 days before I receive my refund. What kinf of business are you all running but it’s definitely not a customer satisfaction experience.
A travesty that Zoe’s was closed and CAVA exists. A copycat Chipotle with dark chicken, no variety of meats or anything else for that matter, little taste, mostly greens. So disappointed that one is coming to Waco to take up space with all the other fast food nothings that have found Waco because of Magnolia.

Hi! How do I retrieve my 2022 W2 Form? I no longer have my URKPro login information. I tried contacting my old manager at the store I worked at but she is not responding. I can’t find CAVA’s HR/Payroll contact information anywhere online. Please help.
The same thing for me I’m curious cava is the worst job to work in i received My other w2 and they have no contact no phone number outside of them stealing money from me, dealing with sexual harassment and threats from the manager now i gotta Deal with my w2 still not being delivered? My request is for a refund of the entire amount charged to my credit card. On January 11, 2023 I placed an order to go. I was headed to the airport to catch a flight. I opened the order once I arrived home and found a bunch of crumps of rice.Please see the picture attached. I requested a receipt and the young lady said she could not give me one. My phone had died so my friend who was with me was allowed to take a picture of the order from her order screen. This screen shows the order number and the last 4 digits of my credit card. I am really dissatisfied with not being able to get a receipt and the clumps of unfresh food.

Your Irvine location is horrible. Went twice in last two months place was closed during normal poster open hours. Today they couldn’t accept cash!!! Said safe was broken. What the heck does that have to do with it. Guy said he didn’t even have a register drawer. Won’t be back.
Waiting since 10/17/22 for someone at the corporate level to contact me after my daughter contracted food poisoning at your Huntington, NY location on 10/16/22. This is a serious matter, however, no one at Cava seems very concerned about it. Very disappointed in your lack of response.
I have gotten burnt chicken in my salads from Potomac Yards, Rosslyn and Ballston locations there has ro be some sort of quality measures….I understand poultry cooking temperatures and it seems the procedure is to dice on grill maybe resulting in burnt bitter tasting diced chicken due to seasoning. Please go in and try a chicken bowl and you let me know I’m about to give up
