    I would rate less than one if i possibly could. Almost 7 wks with no merchandise, no refund. Customer service is horrible. I have been a loyal customer for over 8 years but I will not be shopping with Catherine’again.

    I WILL NEVER SHOP CATHERINES AGAIN. 4 1/2 WEEKS FOR I’DELIVERY OF PART OF MY ORDER AND 8 WEEKS FOR THE OTHER PART. I’ve been a customer of Catherines for 20+ yrs. but no more. Service and customer service is terrible. Over 1 hr and 20 min wait on the phone to even speak to one of the rude customer service reps. NEVER EVER AGAIN

    I am very disappointed in the Catherine’s corporation for deciding for closing some or all of their stores. I have shopped here for years and the quality of the clothing is very good. I hope you will still have the online ordering still available and to not close that option for your customers also. I am sure your company received government stimulas money do if you say this is due to covid 19 I would say that is bogus.

    I have been a customer for 20 plus years I love the Mobile store Michelle and her team are wonderful, nice helpful so I can not believe that y a’ll are closing this store….. Please reconsider because there are no other options for plus size women in this area and there are a lot of us . I know we can still order on line but we enjoy shopping in the store. If anything you should close the Florida and Mississippi stores and that would leave Mobile in the Middle… and they could come from the East and the West. We need this store to stay open. I realize that times are a bit difficult right now but make the cuts some where else not another store closing……

    My experience with Catherine is beyond crazy! In March my sister went to the store in Mechanicsville Va. to pick me up two pairs of pants. She paid cash. The store was out so they were supposed to be shipped to my home. the COVID 19 virus shut down the store so instead of shipping the pants to me or sending my refund, they sent a gift card to an email I haven’t had in more than 8 yrs. I asked my sister to please go to store and see what happened to my birthday gift. She was told by a new employee that she had to bring the receipt in to pick up pants that should have been shipped. She went home and after hours found the receipt. She called the store to say she was on her way back to pick up pants. When she arrived she gave her receipt to the manager who said she still couldn’t give her the pants or money back because Catherine had decided to send a gift receipt to an email I don’t have. I spoke to the store mgr. yesterday and was told she couldn’t do anything until customer service found out if the gift receipt was picked up. The mgr. called me hours later to say she still had not gotten thru but would keep trying. Today over 24 hrs later she finely got thru to be told that I would have to call them and get it straight. So if it took her over 24 hrs to get thru how long will it take me? Then if we get it straight I will have another trip back to the store to get pants that were paid for in cashback in March. That will be 5 trips to get the pants. Tomorrow is June 1. At this point, I am ready to take this to small claims court. This is not good customer service!
