I am reaching out to see if someone can help me. I have emailed /called/ LVM with Marti Thompson the office manager at the Conroe location with no response. I went in and had several thousand dollars worth of dental work done and paid out of pocket for it. I was told they was going to submit this to my insurance which is Aetna DMO but this was never completely done. I have also had a representative from Aetna call and leave message , also no response. This has been over a month of no communication from Ms. Thompson or anyone in the office . I have all my emails and have submitted them to the fraud company with Aetna . I am also preparing an article to send to the BBB along with the Texas Board. This could all of been resolved with a little communication. Please reach out to me with the email above for any assistant on getting this issue resolved .
