    Casper charged me for a bed that it refuses to deliver. I cannot speak with anyone beyond the call center. Love the bed. this is my 3rd purchase from this company but it’s changed. Now it’s a nightmare to do business with and they have erected a wall to customers. do not shop with these folks.
