    Dear Mr. Kashio:

    I’m writing to you to let you know how disappointed I am with the way your Service Center refusing to honor your warranty on my Casio watch. In my letter and emails to your Service Department last month, I explained that the small plastic part of my watch case where the band attaches simply cracked resulting in the band disconnecting from the case, and the watch falling off my wrist. It was not hit, forced, twisted, nor in any way abused, the plastic just split. The material defect of the case plastic was the cause of the break; not due to any action on my part (I was just walking at the time).
    Your Service Department contends that The Case, Band, Crystal, Bezel, or battery are worn/damaged; Casio will charge for the replacement of these parts. The fact of the matter is that the only damage was due to it falling off my wrist and hitting the floor. If they examined the watch carefully they would see nothing but normal wear and tear, not extreme damage.
    I would like you to live up to your warranty and repair my watch, at no cost to me.
