Good evening I’m James Bolden I been transferring funds from my cash app to Venmo because my landlord didn’t have cash app at the time. I’m on Disability and I get my check on the 3rd each well on November 4. at 2:00 am I transfer my payment from my bank to cash app, and transfer my rent to
Venmo, 615.00. I check my receipt from Cash, and it stated Friday 615.00 completed to Venmo, with no Date on it, So I print it out, Contacted My Landlord, Tom Bowman and asked if he received my rent money he stated No, and stated for me to wait a couple of days because you have a delay sometime of sending. the funds to so on November 9.2022 I contacted you cash app, and asked about the transfer of the fund to my landlord, and asked how’ll the receipt didn’t have the date on it, the presentative I spoken with Apologize and then asked me actually what I did the transfer, I told her November 4. at 2:00 am, so presentative asked to put me on hold went and put the date on the receipt November 04. Time was at 1:58 am. well
so, on November 10. 2022 at 3:30 pm my landlord called me and stated he has received my rent from Venmo. So, at 5:30 pm
I called Venmo and asked if they receipt funds Transfer to me
account to pay a Tom Bowman That my landlord and they stated they didn’t receive and funds tranters over from Cash app. Well talked a representative on 11-10-2022 at 6:10 pm
she stated they sent, it, they stated they tried 3 times 1. it was declined, 2, there wasn’t enough money in the account and
3. payment was capture and went through, well I requested a transaction number or a reference No. well, they sent me a Transaction and a reference No. where they tried not 3 times but 9 times, which the transaction stated it was capture 2
times. but Venmo never receive the funds at all. I file a dispute
with both of you Venmo and Cash app. well cash app came back stated my dispute has been declined, and Venmo receive the funds. I spoke with Venmo Representative they still said they didn’t receive the Funds, But I did hear back from cash app representative stated that they were reopening my dispute and I have heard from anyone because I have no funds, to pay my phone I could, because I only get 1300.00 and my rent is 615.00 and my groceries run about 175.00 and electric and gas.350.00. and cell 60.00 and internet 65.00 So now I’m waiting to see where my funds went to also, I just found my Landlord Tom Bowman has a Cash app. account I was thinking maybe you put it accidently in his account, but he said no it hasn’t I can’t afford paying 1300.00 with late charges to my landlord. So, if I don’t get no answer about where my funds when I’ll just get an Attorney, but I don’t want to. I have the receipt where there was no date on its and a copy where you put the date on it, and the transaction statement saying you tried sent it 3. and it went through and, but it shows you tried transfer the funds 9. with them receive the funds twice. I just want my 615.00 sent to Venmo. to my landlord. Tom Bowman, to just let you know I been paying my rent like this for 8 months. I could she you a copy of all the transfer to Venmo from cash app. you want me to send you copies of everything.

Worst company every they don’t provide you with a refund request when you chat with them. And then when you do they don’t respond back like 2-3 hours later. So in the end they don’t offer a refund period.

I have been trying to resolve a promblem with my cash app for weeks I even called nobody is willing to help me
I’ve worked all week for my paycheck and have no access to it they have closed me out of my account and won’t tell me why I do not like cash app and they will give you the runaround I feel like they have stolen my money and won’t give it to me they keep giving me excuses why they can’t give it to me instead of giving me my money that would be the easiest thing to do I wish I would have never went through cash app I wish I would have figured out a different route because if I knew that he was going to cost all this I would have never done that half of their employees I can’t understand and they can’t even let me speak to a manager what kind of business runs every day and doesn’t have a manager present they’re very unprofessional and I would love to just move my money so I didn’t have to deal with these folks me not getting my paycheck has caused me more problems than most can understand and I’ll explain this to cash app but they act like they don’t care so I’m telling y’all at corporate so maybe y’all can improve your system and maybe make your customers happy

I was told I would be refunded my $35 back to my cash app and that was a month and half ago. I already have a lawyer involved.

If cash app customer service representative an or supervisor can not give a direct answer to the customers question, instead of telling the customer what they already know of what the terms an so forth are about, that’s wasting time, an its skirting around the precise issue.
I had an issue reg. my cash app account. I ended up ended up wanting to speak to a supervisor to explain why I can’t get the rest of my money off of my card I have $1,000 limit I only could take half of that out. The customer service representative said that they only work with email. I think supervisors should still be available to talk with customers that are dealing with life issues such as me needing my money to pay rent I do not want to wait for any email because generally it’s Friday and supervisors don’t answer their emails until later on in the day I need my money now so your customer service Representatives can only do so much but it’s the supervisors that are doing their job.
And another thing a customer service representative should never ever hang up on a customer
I’m right with you Esther right now I guess for my own protection I’m being cut off for spending my own money and basically they’re causing me to lose a job and because of no gas and I’m sitting on the side of the road with no gas and the reply is the supervisor has my phone number and she’ll call me when she gets a chance and then they had I’ve been hung up on twice totally bogus I mean I don’t see how they froze my account my money card because I was adding money to it and spending it and it wasn’t even like a hundreds or thousands it was 25 10 15 unreal and unheard of but that’s for my own protection is what they tell me bogus
Cash app is fraud. I was hacked and had someone steal 300.00 was I was on phone with a representative of cash app asking about the notification that I had received. They let the transaction go through. I had blocked the person and he was able to steal get my money. I filed a police report and cash app said I authorized the transaction. I did not. So people be careful they are scam.

Cash App will rip you off blind. They have incompetent people working outsourced to a third world country who are completely untrained and seemingly incapable of comprehending anything that isn’t on their standard reply templates
