Cash America is an American company that provides specialty financial services to people in the United States as well as Mexico. The company offers its services under Cashland, Cash America SuperPawn, and Cash America Pawn brand names.  It also provides its customers with short-term cash advances under different brands such as Cash America Payday Advance and Cashland.     I don’t know if this is affowith the Atlanta, Campbellton Road store, these individuals don’t have no respect just the rudest, low class not type of customer service experience. In face they are rude and on the phone. Why would a company want these rude elders working in their store. Sad and I know they get complaints. I always go here because it’s in my neighborhood but once I get my item never again I rather not borrow then to deal with them

    Store 2849, have to be the rudest group of people I’ve ever met in my life. They are constantly cussing in the store, with each other and their customers. I can definitely tell you when the manager is not there which is the tall guy with the deep southern voice. The inmates are running the asylum. From the short girl with the reddish tint in her hair. To the toe lady who wears a ponytail. The cost is saying they don’t care about anything which shows by the way they treat their customers. I walked in and refuse to spend one dime there because of this disbelief of customer service. No I know some may say that this is just a pawnshop in the customers come in and they have different personalities, but if they did I was there that was not the case people were Ashley in there will behave and the staff those behind the counter was unbelievable I can’t tell you how to run your business and I will never do that because hey it must work for someone. But I will say this everyone I know and who are blog to will know about this experience in this particular store. I just ask you to have someone come there and cost to check the type of service that they’re giving because if I was a secret shopper that whole staff that was in the store on 9-28- 2022 would be gone, correction the short guy with the glasses, He was an older gentleman he was the only one that’s seen to care about truly helping a customer. Other than that they were on their phones talking amongst each other be in the way that I described To you earlier in this message.     I called Cash America in Canton Rd in Akron Ohio
    yesterday. I was told I could get money for my new 50 in. TCL Roku. I went there today. As I entered the store I remembered that I didn’t have the remote. I walked in with the tv. The manager said you can’t leave it take it with you to get your remote. I said ok. I went home got the remote when I returned I was told they didn’t have room for t.v’s. That was very inconsiderate and I’m thinking she might be a little prejudiced. It’s easy enough to find out. I have white friends that will help me if this is how you conduct your business. I called corporate and left a complaint. They said I would get a call back. It took 3 minutes for the district manager to call back. She didn’t seem to be concerned either. I don’t really believe that anything will be done about your manager but don’t get caught up in a lawsuit because of Karen in Akron. A word to the wise.
