    We as a large family are appalled by your commercial with Ice T. Aggressive Blacks berating a white man and using the word “damn”………….this is so damaging and aggressive and we resent it…..We ask that it be pulled.

    This has been the absolute WORST experience! The car has been at Firestone for over 3 weeks. Everytime I call, the rep says the same thing. I have personally had to email all the paperwork in between Firestone and CarShield. They have told me the approval will be in 24 hours. THAT WAS 2 WEEKS AGO!! I will tell EVERYONE I know, along with the BBB and social media to NEVER use this company!

    Terrible representation. I bought my policy in 2019. When time came to use it. I was told my policy was sold to some discount auto parts. I was told they don’t repair cars, they just sale whatever part you need at a discount. I was furious. I wasn’t sent a letter or phone call, or email. I had the gold auto policy, but they didn’t stop the automatic payments. I didn’t find out until I took my car in October 2023 for repairs. What a rip off. I would like to have my money back from the time they sold my policy. I know thats not happening.

    Poor customer service , my car has been in the shop for a month dealing with car shield and getting no where can’t talk to an adjuster , CS reps just come to get a paycheck with no hopes of even helping a customer.
