Dear Mr. McCartney-
Felt compelled to inform you about the Carquest Representative Customer Service at your Carquest Auto Parts, Store #3746 at 1200 Florida Avenue, NE-Washington, DC 20002, 202-882-5800. We phoned the location on Thursday, November 3, 2022 @ 10:55 a.m. to ask for landmarks of where the store is located in addition to if they carried or can order a particular car part. The gentleman who answered the phone was very brief, did not answer the phone pleasantly and did not reveal what establishment it was. We had to ask if we reached “Carquest”. He said, “Yes” quickly and switched us over to a line that just rang continuously. We hung up and phoned again and was automatically switched over to the line that just rang. When we phoned a third time, we got the continuously ringing line and then it cut off and we got a recorded message that said our call cannot be completed as dialed.
It is crucial that Customer Service is on point and not prove to be frustrating when you have potential customers.
