    Bought 5 piece bedroom set waited all last night for call ref being delivered never got call called Cardi’s route 2 west Warwick left message noone got back to us had to drive to store,salesman Ryan stated they received text it would be delivered between 11 and 2 we never received text.     They delivered my boxsping on the 5 and broke my lamp and not responding to my call that poor management I will never buy anything from them again ( can’t own up to there mastakes)

    I called for advice about a replacement mattress for our hide-a-bed sofa purchased from Cardi’s years ago. Joe answered and offered to get back to me with information. He responded later leaving a voicemail saying he was unable to reach the manufacturer but would try the following day. He did call the following day, as promised, and he provided a very reasonable solution. Thanks, Joe.
