hello. I spoke to a rep about getting a caption phone and I was approved. However, the technician was arriving at my apartment 334 west doran street # six Glendale ca 91203 on July 18 2023 between one and three p.m. the technician never arrived. I later received a call to reschedule the technician to come out again.. I scheduled my second appointment on July 25 2023 at between two and four p.m. again the technician did not arrive. I am 75 and a stroke survivor. All of this no show and no voicemail or text or emails letting me know your technician is not arriving at all. this is causing me anxiety and a waste of my time waiting for your technicians to arrive. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM?
