Left my 2017 F150 in August 2023 to get fixed from a door collision at Caliber Collision in Charlotte on South Tryon. They fixed the outside but they were not detailed in getting the inner panel to seat right. Went up there 4 times because wind noise and was able to pull the panel from the door and still is not right. Replace the panel and stop trying to cheap fix it.

This is the worst customer service that I have encountered in a very, very, long time.
The Hopkins, Minnesota location is clueless about customer service. You can not talk with anyone in authority. They say “sorry” but do not really mean it!
Where is top management ???
Same thing in Douglasville Ga , they use the front desk to apologize for things that can be done by management but the whi store seems lazy and. The workers all seem lost or constantly flirt with co workers when there is work to be done
