    I have bought Cabi for years and love using Cabi Tap App. However, I recently had to change Cabi reps and in the process I have lost most of the items I had in my closet. The App will no longer let me add these items. This is so frustrating since I know the photos exist in the data base. Can someone help or at the very least explain this limitation in the Apps capability? Thx

    HI. I love Cabi clothes and have been a customer with the same stylist since 2014. I would like to suggest that you use UPS for shipping rather than FEDEX. My experiences with FEDEX are not good. Please consider this. Thank you.

    I had a very unsatisfactory and unprofessional experience with the Cabi store in Allen with Maemunah Septiyati. I have shopped at Cabi for years and have many of their pieces. I have been pleased with their quality and refer friends and coworkers all the time. I unfortunately had a defective pair of white jeans bought in July and worn five times before they frayed at the hip. I understand the return policy but surely that is not held to when a piece is defective.

    I had to email twice to get a response and the response was dismissive and with errors. No sense of customer service or relationship.
