    I need someone to call me. This cal ranch store in Flagstaff is horribly unprofessional, rude and disrespectful.

    I purchased a dog crate and when I brought it home it was clearly missing pieces. As the 4 pieces it had in it were in someone’s home dirty ziplock bag. I wasted an hour of my life brining it home attempting to put it together and then having to bring it all the way back to the store as it’s defective.

    It’s clear the store sealed it back up and sold it without checking to make sure everything was in it. I asked for a discount and Dorris the manager refused didn’t even apologize for my inconvenience and then was incredibly flippant with me about asking for a refund.

    She didn’t want to do anything to make it right even though someone at that store clearly didn’t do their job right. I’d appreciate a call back. 9284860514
