For some reason third shift BRT supervisor can come in smelling like alcohol. Then when reported to front office they said, “ I can’t smell I had covid.” then when reported to corporate nothing happens. She comes in late or doesn’t show up; several in the plant can smell the alcohol. But since her whole family is leads for the night shift, so no one wants the complain in fear that they could lose their job. All I got to say is that when things that are not supposed to happen is reported nothing is done and You are disciplined.

The ozark plant is getting way worse again. It got a little bit better but now evis is breaking down every day. Boxing cant keep up. The rotos are crap. Make tons of rebag. Andrew promised to have a regular schedule where we wouldn’t stay late every day. We cant keep new hire like this. We can out up with hard work but we cant handle having no time. We have families to take care of. Butterball keeps saying that they care about families and care about their employees but it diesnt show by their actions. Empty words. If things dont get figured out soon. Fresh this year will be hell and we will end up losing everyone we have. The biggest problem is working late.

I purchased Butterball Turkey Sausage (Polska Kielbasa). It says on the corner of the pkg “easy open” “peel here”. Low and behold it was so frustrating to find the actual area to peel. It certainly isn’t convenient. I would think a zip open tab then resealable tab would be more efficient. The end result for both packages was to take scissors to them both. I wish I had more time to play with the “corner easy open” but just don’t.

Why is the Ozark plant alway working 10 and 11 hours or more. Every day. It been like that for over two years and if you say anything they talk to you as if you are stupid or lazy.
