I am so upset at my recent order I ordered 2 burgers 🍔 with wedges and garlic Aolie fries with 2 drinks first off I came to get it order was not ready I understand so I waited and waited the person said we are packing your food great well they gave me the bag I took a brief glance noticed no drinks I said o I dont have drinks she said o what did you have I got the drinks drove all the way home me and my husband goes to sit down we only got 1 burger and fries that were cold didn’t have the extra garlic alolie that I paid extra for that ticked me off so I called back and said I didn’t get my other burger and fries and other fries were completely wrong girl said im sorry about that ? I said sooooooooo do I need to come get those get refund what needs to be done she said ummmm I don’t know and so than I said we’ll I need to get the food I paid for it was over 30 dollars so I drove all the way back pissed cause gas is outrageous wile my other food at home was getting cold I arrived the girl said sorry I forgot to put it in your bag its been sitting right here……. wait what so my food has been sitting here getting cold all she could say was sorry and gave me my food and I left I am so up set I get home my burger only had bun burger nothing and I mean nothing on it should have just gone to McDonald’s I would at lease got warm food with pickles letous and Mustard on it very upset.
Rings and wings in Brownsville Texas I don’t know what’s going on with management but they are very difficult to get along with or to talk to it seems every time that I call they say they’re hiring and then I fill out an application and they never call I keep calling and they say yes we’re hiring and management is very stuck up they have this bad attitude very bad attitude
Service was slow young lady at the bar would not acknowledge me so I walked away after waiting 10 min. the food was horrible and the presentation lack engaging to eat. the wings were dry. I will never go back or recommend anyone there and we are foodies. your staff sucks too.
