Your internet service and customer service in Arkansas is horrendous. Nobody can give you an answer. I have been without internet with 9 days now and every time I talk to them there is a different issue No one can give me an estimate of when the issue will be resolved. Very frustrating. And I was told by a supervisor they are not allowed to give out corporate information. Found this site online but phone line stays busy.
I have contacted Brightspeed concerning my internet service. It was suppose to be upgraded over a year ago. My internet speed is suppose to be 40 mbps but it running 10 mbps. I have done everything that I know how to do but I am not getting getting the service I am paying. The last customer person that talked to was going to get some to come house to invest the issue. I asked when the service person was going to come to house to investigate the issue she hung on me. That’s been 2 or 3 months ago. All I’m asking is to the internet speed I’m paying.

This is the sorriest phone company. I get letters saying my payment has been returned from the bank which is a lie. Bank shows no payment from them. Then they want you to use a credit card to pay. No!!! I have never used a credit card to pay any bills. Sorry!!! May have to after they changed from centurylink phone company leave this company after have Centurylink for 21 years. Then you can’t reach anyone at corporate.
