  • Patricia Banner says:

I went to dentist office, Canyon Dental, Tpc parkway and Bulverde Rd., San Antonio. On Aug. 26, 2024.
First thing I found out was my dentist retired and with no notice of this, found out there were all new employees.
When I walked into hygienists office, the last thing I noticed was hygiene! The chair I was about to get into had something spilled on the base of it. Was it someone else’s salava and spit or what? Then I noticed the extra chair in the office was half cover with some kind of stain. The two things were very unsightly and questioned my thoughts on the new staff.
I pointed out to the dentist when he came in and he agreed with me that it was not a good thing and said he would take care of the situation.
On the way out I stopped by the restroom and found it in poor condition as well. Dirty floor and NO paper towels or any way to dry hands.
When Dr Beal was there the whole office was kept in prestine condition.
Right now, it is questionable if I will go back to this location. A dentist office should always reflect the utmost cleanliness.
