I have had a terrible experience with customer service. After several attempts to get help with my barista pro, I was told to send it back to be fixed. I just received the machine back today and it still doesn’t work. In addition, there is no note that even tells me what the problem is. Please help me get this resolved. Thank you.
I have been on the phone, disconnected, called back and put on hold for the past few days.
My very expensive coffee machines leaks, doesn’t heat up properly and makes terrible noises, which it did not do for the first 1½ years that I owned it.
It needs repairing or replacing.
Please, Breville, I paid for an exceptional coffee machine, I expect to have one for longer than 1.5 years.

To whom it may concern:
I own many breville kitchen appliances and I have an issue with a microwave where the enamel is peeling up inside on the bottom track. I have pics to send you. Not sure if you warranty covers this.
