I purchased a five year warranty with Loews at the time I purchased your dishwasher in June, 2018. My husband inadvertantly purchased coverage thru you this July, 2019. Upon discovering this was in error, I contacted Bosch on line 9/30/199 and told them I wanted to cancel the contract agreement with you and get a return of my $160.00. I was advised by Bai Malcha Esmael at the warranty group that I needed to remit all the details to the contract verification at the warranty group which I did. To date October 12, 2019 I have yet to hear and I have e-mailed twice, and not heard a single word.. The agreement #BSH209385-1 dated 7/12/19. Please advise.
