    We booked our honeymoon for March 26-31st was told we have till the 19th March to cancel and be refunded. I cancel due to travel advisory. I try to call message stating if we are not traveling within the next 7 days to allowed those people to call . I cancel on line. Waiting for my refund as I know it take time. I try to call to phone numbers out of order. Then on the website stating unable to refund to call bank. The bank stated payment was made unable to get refund to call Bookit. Now this we trusted Bookit this fraud, and scamming people out of their money. Have a heart. This is hard times for everyone.

    Why haven’t I received my refund that you said I would get from the Resort and the Airlines? You sent an email on March 20, 2020 advising of the cancellations. The Resort refunded the money back to you and so did the Airlines. I know this because I called the Airlines. This is fraud. I watched a video from a TV station in Panama City, Florida letting the customers know about you telling the employees to leave. Then to leave your customers in limbo. I have been more than patient. I want my refund. ID#50053757. I have called many times to a recording.

    I would like my refund money from you cancelling my vacation on March 21, 2020 for August 29, 2020 to Cancun Mexico. The resort said they reimbursed it back to you. I understand there is a no travel ban. But that does not give you the right to hold my refund. ID# 50557667. I ca not get a hold of anybody from the phone numbers given.
