I’m giving up on Bombas. I ordered 4 socks on Nov 2, 2022 and the prefer never was received. The tracking activity stopped in 11/25 so I’m assuming they are lost. They were gifts needed by 12/20. I’ve emailed 2x the past week with no response. I’ve even commented on your Facebook page. What else can customers do when you don’t respond? I want a refund.
I have been wanting to share my story. It would fit under the title “Reports From Recipients of Bombas “At Risk” population.
I don’t know if this will get read, but here goes.
A few years ago, my grandchildren and I were part of your “One sock purchased– one sock donated” program. I remember getting to pick out Bombas for my grandkids. I thought Bombas? Ok, thank you Bombas for blessing me with socks even though I did not know the brand.
Circumstances have changed for the better. Now, to show my support for Bombas, I have a coin jar and when I have enough for a pair, then I treat myself to a pair of Bombas.
Now I have to wear compression socks due to medical reasons so today, I have just put on my first pair of merino wool 15-20 socks.Wow! Guess I better keep saving for my next pair.
